essence your chart still looks good x

harder how exciting!

HarderToKidnap · 04/04/2011 19:19

bossy I am so sorry you feel crap. Have a lovely Hendricks gin and tonic with a slice of cucumber and plenty of ice in the garden tomorrow. You will feel better.

essence yes, CB Digi says Pregnant 1-2! Bought four parenting books today and almost told the Bobbi Brown make up woman I was pregnant. I'm a lunatic. I told myself that even if I miscarry, the books are educaaaayshunal, innit, and therefore fine and not bonkers to purchase at all! Also, test woman! Your chart looks fab!

essenceofSES · 04/04/2011 18:38

Bossy - sorry for AF and that it is so awful this month. Early night definitely sounds like a good plan.

Mrsden - IKWYM about ffwing the 2ww. There just never seems to be much to distract me and make the time go anything but really slowly. Your SWI timing sounds better than mine usually is so FX!

jaggy - does sound like you've got everything prepared now for babyjaggy2. Hope he/she puts in an appearance for you soon!

Harder - I take it your CB digital confirmed the BFP? Grin

Scrummy and IfAt - any news on testing or symptoms?!

My chart is here
Definitely affected by the cold/bug I had.
I really feel like AF is about to put in an appearance so even though my temps are still above the coverline and I have sore boobs, I really don't think there's much point in testing :(

bossyboop · 04/04/2011 18:16

Thanks everyone. I feel better after a good cry - offloaded my emotional baggage, totally recommend it! Just feel so tired, think an early night could be on the cards again and save my energy for some serious swi in a few days time. This months AF has me wiped out, one of the worst ones I have ever had in 18 years of having them.

mrsden · 04/04/2011 16:43

I'm sorry bossy so rubbish I know. Hopefully this cycle will be lucky and you won't need to go for the HSG.

FF has finally agreed with me that I eggulated on CD17 so I'm now 5dpo. Nothing to report except my skin is really oily, is this a sign??? I wish I could fast forward these couple of weeks. We didn't SWI on ovulation day but did the day before and the day before that and the day before that! But I fully expect not to be pregnant, it's easier to think like that than to get my hopes up and then be so disappointed.

weimy · 04/04/2011 16:09

jaggy I so know what you mean about apathy, it's so difficult when you have made your mind up and it just doesn't seem to want to happen x

weimy · 04/04/2011 16:06

Oh bossy I am so sorry Brew and Biscuit from me and the weimies xxx

jaggythistle · 04/04/2011 15:23

hello all.

sorry about af bossy. :) extra fx for this month then, to avoid hsg!
maybe it's the nice round number of 18 months - i was ridiculously grumpy last week after only 6 months ttc#2. goodness knows how grumpy I'll get!

i have had crap sleeps and a bit of charter apathy recently. actually bothered to take a temp today. CD7 and af has only just buggered off.

i think i am so annoyed because everything is just as organised as it could be for imaginary baby no 2. DH is now a stay at home dad for the forseeable, so there'd be no mat leave struggling on my own and financially we're more sorted than we've been in years. not rolling in it obviously on only one wage, but we've chipped away at the wee and big debts over the last few years.

just need a flippin baby now! Grin

DH made me a card 'from' DS yesterday and bought me a chippy! DS a bit little for the mother's day stuff.

bossyboop · 04/04/2011 14:53

18 months of ttc and usually it is fine - this month is so emotional. Having a good cry to get it out of my system. I hoped to delay the HSG as CD1 has been so unclear with starting red spotting on thursday then brown spotting, some pink if I used a tampon but all very light are barely there. Today heavy, painful more like CD1. Need to have HSG on CD10 so I really want to be clear that I have the right day but even counting today as CD1 I can't get a hsg on CD10 as fully booked so just as well I am having an abnormal cycle. Lots of pain relief and feeling better though still quite sickly and tired. At least it means we have another go this month - please womb save me from a hsg - you have to take a dressing gown and slippers Confused

bossyboop · 04/04/2011 09:59

Temp drop this morning so knew what was coming and it is certainly painful, on with the new chart, will have to ring the HSG people and see what they say as I think I will need to change the date or cancel for this month. Cup of sweet tea, cakes and a hot water bottle for me today, thanks for the support and hand holding, certainly needed Smile

HarderToKidnap · 03/04/2011 19:34

Not a one! Boobs sore but have certainly been sorer on some BFN cycles. They have gone very hard and lumpy though, but only just today. No sickness, funny taste, tiredness etc. I feel fine!

IfAtFirstUDontSucceed · 03/04/2011 15:53

Have you had any symptoms yet Harder?

I'm desperatley trying to kid myself that I may be in with a shot this month eventhough I'm on CD22 (9DPO) and have no symptoms what-so-ever! Grin

HarderToKidnap · 03/04/2011 14:57

Bossy, sorry about your BFN this morning but still... you DID have a pos and AF isn't here yet...

Thanks so much everyone for the congrats. I have been POAS every morning and the line has been getting progressively darker! I am 14dpo by my reckoning now - have a CB Digi to do tomorrow and if that says pregnant then I am officially accepting that I am pregnant (for now) and will start getting a bit excited. Eating Brie now whilst I still can!

bossyboop · 03/04/2011 10:59

It was a good night thanks and decided on just a few drinks so no hangover today Smile thought I should report back on my bfn this morning. A nice evap line to stare at but prefer yesterdays 2nd pink line of course! Though it may indicate some other problem if I keep getting faint pos without being pg. I am wondering if the cervical erosion is hindering the flow of af out of the body hence all the strange cycles and then maybe it could be hindering the flow of semen in the other direction. I think it is something to discuss at my next appointment but that is ages away yet and until I get a definite red flow I wont be having the hsg so may have to wait until next cycle but then again this spotting may change to a proper af. It's all a waiting game isn't it?!

Scrummybumb · 03/04/2011 10:07

Oops, I did mean spoilt rotten!!!

Scrummybumb · 03/04/2011 09:27

bossy my pleasure! Hope you had a good time last night.

Welcome back weimy And well done at the conference.

Hope all mum's are being spoilt wrotten

I caved in and got a BFN, but feeling surprisingly calm about it, perhaps trying to tell myself that I still have a chance...12dpo. I asked DH this morning whether he agreed with me that my boobs were bigger, to which he said 'yes, but then you have put on a bit of weight!' Shock can't complain he's not an honest man! Not symptom spotting, honest. Just seem to be filling my t-shirt and bra a bit more in the last couple of days....Grin

weimy · 02/04/2011 22:38

Hi all!

Conference was very stressful, my first time leading a meeting but it went ok :)

newgolden you will work through this xxx

bossy I really hope you get answers soon xxx

essence Fx, Fx, FX!!!!!

bossyboop · 02/04/2011 17:41

thanks scrummy appreciate that Smile dh had to put his sample in so had to have a couple of days rest. SO I am frustrated there was no swi when there should have been but there couldn't have been as SA had to be done on cd20 though should have made up for it afterwards. I am going out tonight as well so would rather have known either way.

Scrummybumb · 02/04/2011 17:32

bossy my calc based on your SWI data would suggest you still have a chance...they say the swimmers survive for 5-7 days....[holding hand emoticons]

bossyboop · 02/04/2011 17:25

no thats why I was hoping for 12dpo, at least then I would have stood a chance Sad Got a faint pos with dd on the day af was due and that was the only time I tested, wish I could be that restrained this time!

mrsden · 02/04/2011 17:11

I also agree it looks like you are 10dpo bossy. Did you manage any SWI around that time?

bossyboop · 02/04/2011 17:02

thanks for the replies, I have ordered some CB from amazon, should be here by tues which means if AF arrives properly in the meantime they wont get wasted but if there is any hint of hcg it will have increased by then so win win situation apart from the fact I can't think about anything else in the meantime! I was shaking when I saw the faint pos, the other couple I have had (dec and jan) took hours to turn pos but this one was so quick. I don't know how long exactly it took as after a couple of mins of poas I went back to bed, I checked it in the light after an hour but with the curtains closed it looked neg so it may have turned pos within the time I don't know Confused I guess the asda one wouldn't show up this early if I was 10dpo but then again I thought maybe I ovulated cd19 as that was the last day of ewcm but not sleeping well and temping at the wrong time messed with my temps. Oh dear this is awful as I am sure it will only end in disappointment and of course seeing a 2nd line instantly made me feel 'different' and now I just feel so sick but think it's just the not knowing. Roll on tomorrow for more FMU.

Scrummybumb · 02/04/2011 16:16

Ps. Am agreeing with FF that your 10DPO....

Scrummybumb · 02/04/2011 16:14

bossy if I were you, I'd be heading to chemist to get CB to put your mind at rest, either way....And if BFN, I'd call GP on Monday to explain....

MollyDefoe · 02/04/2011 16:11

Hi bossy - I'm not at all an expert at this charting business, but I'd say from your chart that it looks like your body tried to ovulate around CD10, but then it was delayed until CD21. That would mean that you're currently 10DPO (is that right?), which is a bit early for AF if your normal LP is 14 days. But could the temp dip and spotting be signs of implantation? FX!
