OrangeGloss · 24/02/2011 04:19

Bee I was advised to have an erpc due to the size, so I think you are making the right decision. I don't know what else to say in this terrible and unfair situation, except we are here for you if/when you need us xxxxx

IzzyWizzyletsgetbusy · 24/02/2011 02:09

Oh bee I've only just read this and hope none of you mind me de-lurking to say I'm so very very sorry Sad Sad Sad. I don't know what else to say chica, sometimes words just don't do us justice...life can be so very very cruel Sad

I hope you and dh with your gorgeous ds find the strength to get through, I will be thinking of you both and your beans who have been and will always be such a part of your life xxxxx

CaribouMoo · 23/02/2011 22:28

Hi Bee, just wanted to drop by to say I'm thinking of you. I honestly can't believe this is happening to you again, its is totally unfair and my heart breaks for you. We went through our first and second MCs at the same times, I can't imagine how hard it must be for you to have this happen again. I hope you keep strong and that everything works out for you soon. You've been such a rock to others, everyone is here for you now. Take care pal x

mummyabroad · 23/02/2011 22:19

Hi LadyB thank you. I didnt want to chime in earlier about your management decision as I know its a very personal choice, but I am glad you decided on the ERPC. I had medical management with a bean about 9 weeks big and it failed and I got an infection. In my view its much more likely to be successful with smaller beans, so I really think you are doing the right thing. Hope it all goes smoothly xxx

KnitterNotTwitter · 23/02/2011 22:14

LadyBee Howling is good - I honestly think that after my MMC I a, didn't do howling long enough b, didn't do howling loud enough.... seriously.

I had an ERPC and it was fine, sad but fine - I definitely couldn't have waited for my body to sort itself out.

Just told DH and he says that he's really sorry for you both too.

KnitterNotTwitter · 23/02/2011 22:03

LadyBee You're too lovely to have this happen to you again. Truly gutted for you. Sending you all my love and the biggest hug.

Ladybee · 23/02/2011 22:02

Ah ladies, your words are like little pillows cushioning me. I just want to curl up and howl at the moment. It all feels very unfair, but if there's one thing I've learnt on mumsnet, there are always people who have it worse. I have a beautiful miracle of a son, with some time I will probably try again and with any luck will get pg again within 6 months without assistance. Then it's up to luck and maybe a few more drugs.

I think I will probably request an ERPC, I found my natural MC extraordinarily painful and distressing and I don't trust that medical will be complete given that my body seems to like to retain its pregnancies.

I've written to my boss and colleagues to let them know what has happened. Manager has always been good with previous MCs, feel like I want colleagues to know this time as it's 3rd in a year and will be another longish absence I expect.

I do wish you all the very best of luck, and will probably lurk for a bit to hope that you all make it through these terrifying times, especially those that are suffering nerve-wracking symptoms. MummyA even in my sadness I was thrilled to see you writing of the faint line. It's brilliant news and I can't tell you how much I hope it all works out for you after your long trials.

getawiggleon · 23/02/2011 22:01

Ladybee Your post made me cry. I can't begin to imagine how you are feeling right now. I'm so, so sorry for you and your dh and thinking of you at this sad time. You'll find plenty of sympathy and support on the common room thread too if and when you feel ready. Huge hugs my lovely xx

Emoo · 23/02/2011 21:25

batteryhen · 23/02/2011 21:24

AandRMum · 23/02/2011 21:03

OrangeGloss · 23/02/2011 21:02

Nix I understand and appreciate what you mean and no upset taken. I'm a bit sensitive at the moment. Do you have anything planned to take your mind off Monday?

Mummya I am very, very pleased to see you here especially after everything x
