Ok i know i ve done wrong!!!! But just re tested and line was fainter.....Just hoping that this is due to

1:having passed urine only about 1-2 hours before hand.

2:Tested late about 18.30.

So plan :i know !!!!!!!!!!!! I re test tomorrow am then take it from there.Oh god....don t think i can cope with another cp.

Sorry for panic me,me,me post.

lolfactor · 26/02/2011 18:11

(sneaks in while dp isn't looking)

Panache YES!! Result. What a lovely way to be proposed to. Just perfect.

Lou I had implantation pink cm with 3 successful pregnancies. Go girl.

Italian you should ALWAYS listen to your boobs. Mine are telling me to get off this bloody computer, get a dress on and go out for dinner. I'm going to be late at this rate. See - they're always right.
All - I know that's cheating, but big 'wave' to everyone. Hanging on in there - hoping you are too x

Diege · 26/02/2011 18:11

Hippy no, I don't watch it, though a frined mentioned the other day that I should as it was my 'kind of thing'..Have googled your man though and very much my type Grin
Lou all sounding good, plus as you say hcg increases every 48-72 hrs, hence they test every 48 hrs if you're having it monitored. Wouldn't expect any change after 24 hrs. Now will you STOP TESTING woman Grin
We have friends coming round tonight for a chinese (the ones that are moving hence no more work lifts...)which is the extent of our social life really! Am crying out for an early night, and will have to be very rude and tell them to shift it if they're still here at midnight Blush (my pet hate is lateness and, conversely, people staying too long Grin)

louisesh · 26/02/2011 17:37

Hi TFLS how lovely to see you "worrywart"!!!!!!!Hows your boy doing? Hope you re enjoying him{grin]

Thanks Hippy i too are praying for extra sticky dust but i ve come to accept if it doesn t work this time i ll survive as i ve said before "whats the worst that can happen?" oh yes it has. Thanks for telling me about your pink cm .More for you oooohhhhh could it be??????Wink Lets hope XXX

Hi Italian thanks XXX don t know if my dh would agree with you saying i m special!!! You ok?

Hi Panashe i m a winter baby [though not the youngest baby now here!!!!Sad] My birthday is 1st December.A xmas wedding sounds wonderful and a red dress would be fab in the winter.

Hi Jolls thanks for reassuring me.Yes strong lines are GOOD.Hope you still swi Grin

Gum sorry you re down the impending af is horrible sometimes I used to find the waiting worst than when af was actually here.CD 1 is really shite then i picked up again with swi starting again.

Diege thanks for telling me that info.Sorry you think af is on its way for you too.Did read that book AGES ago think i ve got it lying round somewhere!!!! Hope you re ok???

Hippy you re totally right I know there are so many people who want all to be well with GBOS..so many of them contributed to Georgie's charity. They are so lovely but i just want to make sure i ve got definate news before i raise their hopes....You know what I mean???? Plus i also feel a bit embarrassed if everyone congrats me for everything to be over within a couple of days!!!!Blush

Hi to Much,Curly and anyone i ve missed.

No more pink tinged cm.Repeated pg test today went in to a panic as no stronger than yesterdays!!!! But when I had a word with myself reassured myself i m still only cd24 still 4 days off my af date. The line is still strong and I know it can take 2-3 days for hcg to double. So i m going to try to lay off the pg tests for a couple of days and just try and assume all is well.

Don t we all wish we still had the innocence of pregnancy? I said to Ant 3 years ago i got a positive test , was elated that was it waited for our first scan. Then i had the first cruel lession.

But for today i m pregnant.Grin

hippychick66 · 26/02/2011 17:27

Gotta ask you diege do you watch Being Human?? OMG the things I could do to that Mitchell!!!

Diege · 26/02/2011 16:59

fave film list that should be!

Diege · 26/02/2011 16:58

Grin Oh go on then, I'll take a cheeky test for a big wedge of the cake (the best side). It is very good if I say so myself - half gone already BlushDon't give up yet btw - is af due any day? My boobs are also less sore, but then they would be as we are 2 sides of the same coin Grin. Did you notice too that Pursuit of Happyness is on my face film list on my profile?

hippychick66 · 26/02/2011 16:24

OMG diege If I didn't know better I'd think that diege and Hippy were the same person posting as two different people - WE'RE NOT EVERYONE HONEST!

My fav cake is lemon drizzle - I prefer lemon flavoured things to chocolate flavoured things in general. Any you do that weird thing with the tv programmes too - how bizarre.

I had a touch more pink today and so I'm trying to be realistic - my AF usually comes in with a wimper and takes a few days of spotting before she gets going - plus my boobs are not sooo odd. But I'm still clinging on to a bit of hope. I have 2 asda own tests in the house diege - one can be bartered for a piece of that delicious cake Grin

Diege · 26/02/2011 13:46

Glad you enjoyed it Hippy Grin. I have also got a lemon drizzle cake in the oven (really!) - can I tempt you? I totally get the 'at least I'll know by...'thing. Mine this time has been based around the next episode of One Born Every Minute (not perhaps the most appropriate choice) but has variably been The Apprentice, Mary Portas, etc etc...
I am thinking I have a metallic taste in my mouth now. I am hating myself for this - I swore I wouldn;t get my hopes up and if it were not for the fact that I have no tests in the house I would have pos by now Blush.

hippychick66 · 26/02/2011 13:36

Great choice on the food as always diege yum yum.

Was thinking about GBOS (Georgie's bro or sis) last night and willing the bean to be a sticky one. Once word gets out on the other thread lou there are gonna be soooo many people willing this little one on. Hope the pink hasn't troubled you further - all ok now???? Smile

Nothing to report here yet. I hate being this close - it's an all or nothing time and despite trying to be laid back it is still hard not to think about the ifs and maybes. At least I'll know if I'm preggers or not by the time I watch the last Marchlands Confused I know that makes no sense to anyone but I like to put a deadline on it and think - "by the time I do so and so I'll be in no doubts." D'ya get me??????????? Grin

Hope all are ok today, those who are at the ovulation stage - get shaggin'.

Diege · 26/02/2011 09:43

Morning! Hippy I've put you in a large yorkshire pudding with chicken and gravy, side order of garlic and herb extra crispy roasties. Creme brulee for pudding. That suit you? Grin Oh and that spotting sounds very hopeful. Can I get excited?
oohshiny agree with others - wait 48 hrs and then re-test. Do you have an idea of when you might have ovulated?
Panashe christmas wedding sounds perfect! I'm liking your timescale too - close enough to get excited about but not too close to be stressed!Morning jolls - hope you have a productive day Smile
Italian as a fellow migraine-sufferer I feel your pain. The day after can be very odd I find so take it easy x.
Lou how are things? I was reading my Toni book this morning (as you do) and she was saying the most common cause of spotting leading up to af time is implantation if you've had a bfp.
Gum yes you will survive, but that doesn't make the 'what ifs' any easier. Did you put The Conversation with dh on hold?
I'm ok, but very crampy (was sure af would start this morning which would give me a rubbish 9 days Lp, but it hasn't and temp has actually shot up (though I was up a lot in the night). Tbh, I'm genuinely just holding out for a longer Lp for this month. If I was pregnant I think I'd be very worried about early mc (in other words, would ideally like to see a few longish Lps before any pregnancy).
Hope everyone's ok - throwing it down here!

panashe · 26/02/2011 08:43

Morning jolls thats what I was thinking, no pressure to be super slim and tanned either

have a great day, very rainy here

randomimposter · 26/02/2011 08:39

hey panashe sorry XP.

I think Christmas weddings are lovely - at least you know with a winter wedding that you need to wrap up and be snuggly!

randomimposter · 26/02/2011 08:37
panashe · 26/02/2011 08:32

Morning all :)

OooohShiny bfn are crappy but until af arrives you still may have a chance especially with your symptoms.

Lou hope you ok this morning and that you enjoyed your diet cokes !!
hippy you sound very calm and patient ?

Hope you ok hopeful

Thanks for all your congratulations am still a bit shocked and dp has gone off to work leaving me with it all spinning round my head. I like weddings too Italain but other peoples when you can just sit back and enjoy :)

Feel a bit uncomfortable saying this but obviously it is second time for me, don't know why that doesn't sit easy with me. But first time for dp and he has siblings in america,nz,africa so could take some planning and then of course the unpredictableness (is that a word ?) of tcc thrown in too.

Can see this being a long engagement, or a quick small wedding. Always got in my head if I got married again would want to wear a red wedding dress, deep blood red, very plain off the shoulder long fitted. My mum made my first wedding dress and it would be lovely if she would do again.

Anyway enough talk of weddings, we need to focus on tcc. My af not nearly as heavy as I thought, was dreading it for that reason. Am also a little excited about possibility of December baby, no idea why, my dc birthdays are evenly spread from april to october so the winter months are free at the moment. Think I just want to be pregnant basically ;)

What about getting married at Christmas, or is that a bit twee ??

OooohShiny · 26/02/2011 07:39

well I did a test this morning :( no BFP - DP picked up a clearblue last night for me as he was more desperate than me to find out.

Oh well

Italiangreyhound · 26/02/2011 01:28

Hippy my mum always says "Listen to your body" for not eating too much but I've never heard anyone say "Listen to your boobs!"

Italiangreyhound · 26/02/2011 01:26

thefatladyscreams lovely to see you again, hope it is all going well.

Italiangreyhound · 26/02/2011 01:26

Louise special hug for you, you are special, take it one day at a time. Thinking of you. Grin

Italiangreyhound · 26/02/2011 01:25

Gum big hugs to you, thanks again for recommending that book, that I mentioned, it was helpful, why not re-read it for inspiration! i am so darn bossy!

Italiangreyhound · 26/02/2011 01:24

Hi all

Bloomin' heck, disappear off for a day and it?s one wedding and a bfp!

Louise, whoopie whoopie, whoopie

Panashe congratulations on the wedding proposal. I love weddings and it has been almost a year since I went to one, so shall I buy a big hat!

I'll have what Curly is having for a starter, what Jolls if having for main course and what Louise is having pregnancy result wise!

Welcome OooohShiny, hope you will be only here for a short time; you are so young compared to me!

I had a massive migraine yesterday and felt ill, so won?t stay up for too long tonight!

Love to you all Alba, Muchlove, BB, Hippy, Lol, Diege, Nicole, Hopefulgum, Tina09, Lia* and all- sorry if I missed anyone.

Waves and baby dust to all. Wink

hopefulgum · 25/02/2011 23:49

Big Congratulations Panashe, how romantic and lovely! Tell us all your plans.

Lou a bit of pink is usually absolutely nothing to worry about. Try to relax.Stay hydrated. I'm sure it will all be fine.

Hippy - that sounds promising - hope it is! And Deige too. How exciting.

I reckon RTD will join me tomorrow. If it doesn't then I'll be glad to have a longer LP, but not holding out hope for a bfp - because I haven't had a + test yet and that would mean a late implanter, which doesn't bode well for a strong pregnancy.

There I go again over-thinking everything!I asked my acupuncturist to help me with that, but she only did a gentle acupuncture session because I was in the luteal phase and strong acupuncture can be bad for a possible pregnancy. I did come away feeling very relaxed and even happy for a bit, but the next day was feeling a bit low again. Pissed off that I should be half way through my pregnancy...but most of you know how that feels. Like Hippy said, I'll pass the milestones and I'll survive....

Fatlady, please remind me where you are at? Have you recently had a baby? Can you remind me of a few things - your age, how long it took to get pregnant etc(if you don't mind me being so nosy!Smile)

thefatladyscreams · 25/02/2011 22:48

PS good luck with the SWI tonight Jollster - have an extra glass of OBSB for luck!

thefatladyscreams · 25/02/2011 22:47

Just popped in for a quick catch up and have every finger, toe and legs crossed for you Louisesh!

Love to everyone - off to have a browse back through a very, very long thread. Been away too long. But couldn't resist a quick woooo hoooo for Louisesh.

randomimposter · 25/02/2011 21:25

right
I fancy some pan fried scallops (like you can fry them in something other than a pan Hmm) with a little garlic and lemon. On a bed of rocket. With a tomato salad.
And then... a vanilla pannacotta with some berries on the side.

And a VERY large glass of OBSB pls.

lou, you've got really strong lines at a very early stage. That's the thing to focus on. A bit of pink is very common at the stage you're at.

panashe awwwww :).

hippy have missed you x

wave to all

CD10, so more SWI tonight. Oh hurrah. Grin
