MORNING!

Thought this would be a nice spot to chat with the TTCers that have been trying for some time. A bit of support for each other and all that!

So, grab a drink, and a barstool, and get chatting.

There's bouncers on the door, so no riff-raff, and the licence is LATE,LATE,LATE!!

Oh and loads of baby dust on tap!!

goldiilocks · 27/10/2005 11:47

I just dont understand my womens bits, lol!!
When i didnt have one for this amount of time, i said to hubbie i must have lost my fertility , what i had anyway! but had a surprise period in aug, so must still be working!!!

Coathanger · 27/10/2005 11:47

So Goldilocks, other than having 3 kids and a DH, what else can you tell me about yourself?

I am 30, Dh is 31, I have 3 sons - 6, 5 and 2. I live in Kent, I am a SAHm, Dh is an electrician.
I am a bit crazy and it shows on this thread at times!

goldiilocks · 27/10/2005 11:45

I also couldnt afford to go on a bursary, as most of the money would have gone on childcare for my three!!

Coathanger · 27/10/2005 11:44

As far as having periods is concerned, I hadn't had a period in 2 years when I fell with DS3. I always thought you weren't OVing if you weren't having AFs so it can be done!!

goldiilocks · 27/10/2005 11:44

I went to college( with the thoughts to be a midwife!) Only about 40 places for 500 applications!
Plus always at the back of my mind, i wanted another of me own! I quit as i couldnt get the coursework done around the family!!
Give your dh time, he'll come round! Give yourself a bit of time out too!

Coathanger · 27/10/2005 11:41

Aww, perhaps your DH could have a word in my DH's ear! I don't think having number 4 when you already have 3 is so much of a problem! Room is already an issue, money is already tight, I have everything I need , cot, clothes pram etc. All I know is how to bring up children. I am not trained in anything else although I am due to start college in January to start the ball rolling to become a midwife. But I don't have much confidence that I will even get on the course let alone graduate.

AHH thanxs luvvy! I have pcos so only had 1 period in 18 months! ( Although conceived naturally for the last three!)
Kept on at hubbie for no 4, and he kept saying " no way"! Then last week said " if we had another it wouldnt be too much of a problem"!!
so off again bding,lol!!

Coathanger · 27/10/2005 11:35

HI Goldilocks! I have 3 already and would love number 4. I had a miscarriage back in August a t 7 weeks and since then , DH has expressed his reluctance to try again. Since then I have been out on antidepressants and now DH has a problem that may lead to infertility. So life is pretty cr@pola in the wardrobe right now

You are more than welcome to join us! XX Good luck with the TTCing! Hope to hear lots from you XX

I'm naturally funny! I don't have to open my mouth and people laugh at me...

.....hmmmm, perhaps I shouldn't be so proud of that!

Diddle · 27/10/2005 11:28

yep the bands are fab still working, i love them.

Coathanger · 26/10/2005 11:00

Longest 3 days of my life!! Not excited though, more nervous as Hell!!

OP posts:
spub · 26/10/2005 10:52

I felt exactly the same after the leaking boobs feedback (not only from you and with good reason) suggested that it might be a hormonal imbalance rather than a pg. Felt really deflated after getting all hopeful.
3 more days til you know.

Coathanger · 26/10/2005 10:23

Aww, spub, thanks hun! I am trying to stay positive, but its getting ahrder everyday. When I first considered that i could be PG, I was so sure, but as each day passes, I get less optimistic

OP posts:
spub · 26/10/2005 10:16

CH - I am really, really hoping for you.
Sending big BFP vibes your way, buddy!
