pink I blame you entirely for the CB collection, so it's your fault I'm addicted! I won't have my doggies with me tomorrow so unlikely you'd recognise me, but actually I'm not having my bloods done until 4.15, so unless there's a VERY long queue you're unlikely to see me anyway :)

How was the skiing? Are you back now?

I was hoping to get an early scan but nobody seems to realise that I'm completely doing my nut in so I can't get one before 7 weeks so I'll be biting my nails for the next 3 weeks. I hope yours goes well tomorrow pink - I have everything crossed for you! :)

owl Can you divert that haddock to pinks's address - it's her fault really!

Fecking 'puter keeps eating my posts.

Brief version:

Dachs - FMU only works on CB. Haddock in post.

Orange When appt turns up ring US dept and check dates with them cos of nuchal fold scan.

Whoop marking my place - nice one Dachs, am currently avoiding the TTC thread due to the current scary stories floating on there :( and the pregnancy thread scares the hell out of me too!!!

I thought you'd promised to move away from the CB digis!!?!?! I sort of feel guilty as it's probably my fault that you've got such a stock pile of them in the first place..... Good work getting a blood test - what time are you going tomorrow? I'll probably be around there about 11 ish tomorrow depending on how the 10:30 scan goes Confused I could be queueing up with you and have no idea it's you though, unless you're bringing your Dachies Grin

coco I haven't had an implantation bleed this time or last time - everything I've read says that they are actually more rare than you'd think.

I'm with everyone else - really want to get excited and actually need to tell family soon as there are plans afoot for a major family holiday in September which I won't be going to if this all works out but am running out of reasons to stall on a decision. It's silly really as if this all goes wrong I'll be calling them to cry on their shoulders, but sort of feel that at the moment if it goes wrong it's only my and DH's hopes that have been dashed..... Anyway, need to keep working on the positive thinking ommmmmmm.

Gah soooo nervous about tomorrow. I know realistically all they're likely to see is a sac and yolk (fingers crossed) but would love it if they could see a baby and heartbeat too.....

Thanks dachshunds I have a doctor appointment on Wednesday and I will ask if it is possible to have a blood test done over the course of a couple of days. That will put my mind at ease.

Just wish I had that innocent and naive happiness :)

DachshundsWantPuppies · 30/01/2011 10:56

Hello :)

Jealous of your symptoms - I have none and am consequently worried. Not as worried as last night when the CBD went down to 1-2 again, but it's back up at 2-3 this morning so I'm trying to put things in perspective and stay calm and rational.

:)

coco Not everyone gets implantation bleeds, and if you had you'd probably be worrying about the blood anyway, wondering whether it meant an mc. I have no symptoms at the moment and am freaking out about that. But I've got an appointment tomorrow for a blood test and then I'll have another one in a couple of days to see how much the hcg has gone up. It's still very early so I wouldn't worry about symptoms coming and going at this stage.

I'm with you dachs I suggested this but then thought I'd offended the gang so didn't do anything about it! My 6+1 scan tomorrow! Eeeek! However, got good symptoms so keeping all crossed this is the one!

Hi coconuts

Have a good Sunday all

ALovelyBunchOfCoconuts · 30/01/2011 10:41

Hi can I join? I'm currently on the recurrant buns thread but feel a bit like I'm rubbing noses now I have a BFP.

I have a bi-cornuate uterus and PCOS. I had a mc in 2005 at 12 weeks and a mmc in 2007 at 10 weeks although growth stopped at 7 weeks. I had ERPC. I got pregnant again after the mmc and gave birth to my DD who is now 2.9.

We have been TTC for a year and I have since got my PCOS diagnosis after having no period for 6 months. I ovulated for the first time in a year on 11/12 Jan and got my BFP last week.

I am going mad. I have nobody in RL I can talk to as I don't want anyone to know in case it goes wrong.

Symptom wise, I have headaches, tiredness, cramps and feeling sick. I am less tired today than the rest of the week previous so now I'm paranoid my symptoms are going and things are going wrong.

Has everyone had some kind of implantation bleed? I haven't so I'm convinced the bean is in the wrong place.

Just wish I could get the excitement back that other couples have but it has been tainted by the fear.

OrangeGloss · 30/01/2011 10:29

I know it's going to be so hard to wait, but at least you'll have them for better confirmation. I think it's natural after mc to be holding back on the excitement, I won't start to relax until after my 12 week scan.

Yes it doesn't feel real - I can't tell anyone, and no change physically except that I feel ill! You'll be there soon enough and go to town telling people and buying baby clothes :)

DachshundsWantPuppies · 30/01/2011 09:16

orange I have a blood test tomorrow and another one later in the week - am still freaking out though! I know CBDs are evil but I seem to have become addicted to them!

I'm really upset because I REALLY want to start getting excited but I feel like there's far too much I have to get through before I can start even thinking about getting excited. So it still doesn't feel real.

How are you this weekend? Hope you're having a nice chilled out time

OP posts:
OrangeGloss · 30/01/2011 09:12

Dachs I didn't notice!

Have you had blood tests to confirm rise? I don't know much about CBD except they can cause a lot of worry if not careful. There a thread on pg about someone who's having a scan for a similar reason and there are some replies that might be useful.

I'm in a bit of confusion. The mw rang to make booking app, she said she's dating me by LMP rather than my last scan, which is 10 days behind. She's not sure which one my 12 scan will be based on. Wish I knew what they'll do as I want a date to aim for. By LMP I'm 10+4 so less time to wait if they go by that!

I wish I could go back to my nice happy naive state before ttc

DachshundsWantPuppies · 30/01/2011 08:39

I had another major freak out last night - CB went down from 2-3 to 1-2 and although I knew that was more likely to be due to the fact that it was later in the day and therefore more dilute I still totally freaked out! I thought I'd set us up our own little room so the peeps on the TTC thread without their BFPs yet don't have to suffer us freaking out in the main thread...

Anyone joining me?
