Knitter, I felt massive at this stage with mmc too, this time not so much and no real symptoms whereas last time I felt dreadful. Keep reminding myself that I didn't really have symptoms with DD either.

Had a scan on my leg today (was tempted to ask if he'd do a 2 for 1 and check where my bean was). Sadly leg is rather buggered - i've torn the junction between the tendon and the muscle apparently - no running for at least 6 more weeks.

Still feeling very paranoid about lack of symptoms. I remember feeling massive at this stage when I was pg with the mmc - I joked with a friend that it must be at least triplets! Only symptoms now are sensitive nips and being tired but unable to sleep deeply. Woke up at 6am this morning after a saucy dream (the sort that I remember getting MUCH later on when pregnant with DS).

Oh MamaP X-posts - never mind - you WILL get there next Friday. Big landmark!

Thanks to all for the hugs on Tuesday... I've continued to be a bit wibbly all week, but luckily Tues/Weds at work were so hectic I didn't have much time to think. I'm still getting cramps, but only when I think about them, and I don't know if they are just psychological. I only have to wait until tomorrow morning for my scan, and am hoping I'll not go too insane today. I need to do some major deforestation work at some point, in case it's a fanjocam! Anyone who has had a scan at 7 weeks - what should I expect?

bras - I have given up on these altogether recently - have bought vests with shaped cups in from M&S - they are super-comfy, supportive enough for me (36C), don't show nips, and are long enough to tuck into jeans. here

Robin - welcome - there is always room for one more ! Congratulations on your BFP! Hopefully the hospital were a bit lax on paperwork because they were too busy looking after patients, or it was lost in the mail. I would book where is most convenient for you and not worry about it.

Onions - welcome too! I do get the occasional scratching-related craving (not due to pregnancy though!), but they have decreased considerably in frequency since an upsetting incident a year or so ago when I was in a pub and someone got a nipple, I kid you not. They've not seemed the same since.

MamaP - wow - booking appointment - congrats!

Owl - I am sure the 3 scans are real, and Mr Boots is probably right

Orange - sounds like you've done well to get so far without admitting to many at work - specially as you've been vomity.

Pretty - good luck for your scan tomorrow, and sounds like you are nearly over the worst with the drugs.

Lemon, Wombat and Choccie - thinking of you and sending good luck for scans today, and for your DH Choccie. Wombat, thanks for the Brownie wishes - it was not as painful as I had imagined and a couple of us sat in the back row and gossiped in whispered tones.

Nix - I think that's really sweet (although a bit patronising) to take your bags off you... now if you can only train them to bring over iced buns and tinned mackerel on a tray, you're winning!

Prettyvacant ah,coming off the roids! I start coming off mine in 3 weeks time - so far , the symptoms aren't too bad - it's hard to distinguish between them and pg symptoms, if I'm honest! Am sure that they have worked there magic for you....

Am so going to check out Figleaves bras soon too - can't wait to be able to buy maternity clothes, I am sooooooo desperate to get a bump now.

Healthy day today - stocked up on cherries, nectarines and grapes, and just glugged a big glass of OJ. Prawn salad for lunch too...mmmmm. Got to make up for the white carbs and cheese overload of the last 2 days, I'm afraid.
Feeling decidedly green today, and bloody knackered - could just sleep, sleep, sleep. Been awake since about 5.45am, so that's got a lot to do with it.

This time tomorrow, I'll have had my scan - eeeekkkkkkkkkkk! Am now chanting "Scans are my friend, scans are my friend....."

I think I am 5+4 today. Been to see GP today who didn't know that I had miscarried last September as the hospital hadn't sent a letter so they still had me down as pregnant and due in March . I am now doubting whether I have done the right thing is booking in at the same hospital, hopefully it was just a blip.

Does the freakout room have a stereo (get me, child of the 80's!)? I need to put on some soothing music and eat chocolate by the kilo.

Hello PV , dear, top news on the 'roids reduction. They do seem to send people a bit loopy going on what others say on here. Hope the scan on Friday is all good news for you x

Pink jelly babies are ace and I too have eaten whole bags I'd definitely ring GP/MW about the scan as you don't want to leave it too late. If it doesn't pan out on the NHS the plus side is that you tend to get a much longer look at the bean with a private scan and judging by the one I went to they have much better scanners. Or you may end up like I did having to get a private one anyway due to misbehaving bean at the NHS appt.

I am still wishing my life away - got my '16 week' MW appt this afternoon (am actually 15+4). I have no bump to speak of and the norks are pitiful. I am now convinced I am not actually up the duff at all and the 3 scans I've had are all lying. Needless to say, Mr Boots thinks I am mental.

I got a non-wired bra from mothercare in the end; it's black with white spots on and v.comfy. I might not have expanded but the underwires were getting damn uncomfortable.

Ps. The bump rubbing thing? It's indigestion. At least, it is when I do it given that there's no bloody bump

Bras - I bought some last weekend. I wasn't keen on going wireless just yet so went for a couple of well fitting wired ones, though I know I might have to buy more again if I keep growing (gone from my usual fried egg 32B to a positively busty (for me!) 32D - much excitement!)

As for work. I think they're still oblivious. But I might be kidding myself!

Easing myself of the 'roids this week, I'm down from 20mg to 10 last week, 5 this week , finishing on Sun.
Eeek, I hope they've continued to do the job.

Weird loopy Wednesdays seem to be a pattern, no idea why.
Next scan Fri.
Then one 2 weeks after that to put our minds at rest after I've completely finished the drucks.
I hope its grown.

I have no chance of catching up properly sorry, I have to get my puking out of the way and get ready/eat before a 7.20 pick up :(

I have bump I realised I was watching a pg woman the other day and made myself look away in case she saw and I looked like a nut-job!

People at work have guessed about me, but I've only admitted to a few. I've gone from being someone in the gym every night and eating salad to no exercise and eating carb by the bucketload with a nice pot belly of bloat :) maybe the undisguisable belching and retching didn't help either

Hello, so pleased for you all, often lurk and read on here to see your progress. Just wanted to recommed Bravissimo for larger bra sizes - I'm a 36HH (non-pg), and they have some lovely designs etc. They also do pg and nursing styles too.

Defined bump is more likely just excess flab, rather than baby:) but it's my second, apparently you bump up earlier as everything is a little more wobbly anyway :) either that or wine gums :)
