Pss love totally with you-time goes sooooo slowly!! It's weird tho ad it feels like just yesterday nix got her BFPs-time must go at different speeds depending on whether it's you or someone else from the outside IYSWIM as I'm sure nix would disagree that it's gone quickly for her!!

PinkFondantFancy · 11/02/2011 14:54

Ps fab news nix so happy for you! Am Envy of your massive bean!!! :)

PinkFondantFancy · 11/02/2011 14:53

hairy you are such a lovely gracious lady, I am so so sorry this happened :( I really hope testing finds one easy to fix thing wrong so that you can have better luck v v soon. When do you expect testing to start? Have you been referred or going private?

haha dachs I know exactly what you mean, I'm on weeky and I still want more!!!! Grin I've got opposite issue with DH-he's really pleased I'm pg but makes excuses not to go to scans. I think he's scared :( lady talks a lot of sense, I hope you're listening Grin

thanks for asking lady it's ok I think-was sore yesterday but I'm hoping I'll get better at it with practice. Glad I've developed a bit of extra fat these last few weeks to pinch!!!

Lurky lurk lurk for news from mamap.

hairylights · 11/02/2011 14:52

Thanks everyone. I reallyappreciate all your lovely words and care.

I'm ok honestly. It's easier this time. It's earlier and I had a warning of it last week. And it's the third time. So I know more about what to expect.

Been to sleep for an hour or so. Hope it will all come away Sunday after second dose and I hope to be at work on Monday ... Better to keep busy.

nickstermum · 11/02/2011 14:41

Oh hairy I'm so sad to hear your terrible news :(

I really hope you are ok my love xxxxxx

I'm so so sorry xxx

chocciechip · 11/02/2011 14:36

hairy I'm so sorry Sad. And it's so sensitive of you to manage warm words for nix and orange when you must be grieving for your loss. I'll be thinking of you this weekend.

lovemysleep · 11/02/2011 14:25

I meant it was not yet 2 weeks since I got a BFP...

lovemysleep · 11/02/2011 14:24

hairy am really sorry to hear your news. Hope the testing gets you some answers, and your much longed for little one. Big hugs to you.

orange great news for you - you'll soon be into the next trimester too - where we newbies are desperate to get to!

Dunno about the rest of you, but just realised that I haven't even been pg for 2 weeks yet, and it feels like it's really dragging...Getting used to the idea, but still nervous as hell.

Ladybee · 11/02/2011 14:02

wellll....ok then

however, young lady, I want you right this minute to go and look at a ruler, look at 2mm, 3mm, and 4mm and understand just exactly how easy it is going to be for a sonographer to make a tiny mistake in putting the curser on a fuzzy speck. no fretting if the measurements are the tiniest bit out over the days, ok?

Grin
DachshundsWantPuppies · 11/02/2011 13:38

orange I'm pleased for you :)

Hope mamap is back soon, also with good news.

I spoke to DH last night about the scan tomorrow. He was gutted not to have been there yesterday so I think he kind of wants to go for the scan, and apparently I lose the deposit if I rearrange as well as if I cancel (go figure!) so looks like I'm having another scan tomorrow.

It may appear that scan addiction is taking over from POAS addiction, but I assure you it is not the case! (yet...)

Thanks bee . I took the first tablet today and have the second dose on Sunday morning - felt it best to get it over with.

And you put it really well about oyhers' good news - It was sweet of you orange and I am genuinely pleased for those who are having good outcomes.

Feel like you guys are special friends because we've all been through the same stuff in the past ... So I will lurk if that's ok!

KnitterNotTwitter · 11/02/2011 13:24

Hairy So so So so Sorry for your loss. Can't believe it's happening to you again - it's just not fair.

Glad that everyone else had good news though...

Wombat33 · 11/02/2011 13:03

Congrats Orange and good luck Mamap!!!

Ladybee · 11/02/2011 13:02

Hairy I'm so very sorry that the result was not good for you. It's only the tiniest of consolations that the testing will be carried out, I do wish that it had been a better outcome straight away. When will your medical management start? oh chick, I'm so sorry. Sad

orange it was very sweet of you to restrain from putting your news up straight away Smile
I've had scans on the same days as others on a thread and had to report bad news after hearing about someone else's good news and felt sad for me but relieved for them. Very pleased you'll get to celebrate your birthday feeling a bit more relaxed and happy.

I hope mamap is doing ok in the waiting room now. Did she say a friend was going with her?

HongKongBaby · 11/02/2011 12:43

Hairy so so sorry you are going through this again. Hope the testing is done quickly and you get some answers. Take care.

OrangeGloss · 11/02/2011 12:18

Yes sorry I didn't want to say so close to such terrible news,, but I measured 4cm which puts me at 10+5 and gave us a little wave. It's my birthday on Tuesday but I now have the only present I wanted :)

Mamap thinking of you, not long now. Sorry you're on your own, but we'll be there with you in spirit

Nix glad all is ok and you can try and relax a bit

Wombat33 · 11/02/2011 12:09

owlbooty · 11/02/2011 12:06

Oh Hairy so, so, sorry you're having to go through this again :(

Testing sounds like a very sensible next step; we'll keep your beanbag warm for you here until you return xxx Take good care of yourself & your lovely DP.

OrangeGloss · 11/02/2011 12:00

Hairy I am so so sorry to hear that (((hugs))) I'm glad you have testing planned and it is a positive step forward you can take x

SameOldJollster · 11/02/2011 11:54

hairy you sound really positive, that's really good. As you say you now get the tests and as you've conceived so fast each time that's happened really fast IYSWIM. So best of luck with those and look after yourself in the meantime xx
