i know what you mean jersey! my dh finds it rather odd bding on demand- but then again so do i. We took a break of 3mths from ttc to get us back into the right frame of mind- it can be bloody hard. i thought men wanted it all the time !!!??!?!?

staceym11 · 26/10/2005 15:56

well iv never done this ttc lark before and im probably the most impatient person you'll meet, so dont mind me whinging on about it! lol just dh gets fed up of all the ttc convo!

jersey · 26/10/2005 15:19

Hi Stacey impatient already and only on first cycle, now did I get through 4 last time!!

Mind you a friend at work (the only one who knew we where TTC) said if I hadn't got preg when I did she would have been screaming!! .

I'm afraid this time mumsnet is going to get it instead.

staceym11 · 26/10/2005 15:15

well atm im soooo tired that dh had to get up with dd this morning as i went to bed at 10 last night and didnt wake up when she screamed this morning at half 7, god knows why. anyway last night was a no no for bd and now hes in a huff, god i dont understand men! lol

anyway, think im the furthest ahead with cd 18 but doubt this month will be the one.

hows everybody else feeling??

jersey · 26/10/2005 15:10

Its strange when you want to, they don't. when they do, you don't!

Aiming for some bding tonight if DS will go to sleep! Temp dropped slightly this morning but that could be due to getting up with DS during the night. But just in case better get some practise in .

I'm close to you milosmum on cd8 and waiting to see if I am ovulating as first cycle after stopping the pill.

milosmum · 26/10/2005 13:36

i drink a glass every day- just so i dont forget really! and im like artoo - i like it!

currently on cd10 and waiting to ov!

jersey · 26/10/2005 13:15

We seem to have gone quite again, are we all syncranised (can't spell) on our cycles?

Is anyone out their due to test soon???

Artoo · 26/10/2005 11:21

I've been drinking it every day, but then I like Grapefruit juice

Hugs,
Artoo.

jersey · 26/10/2005 11:07

Can anyone remember when drinking Grapefruit juice to increase CM do you drink it everyday for the whole of your cycle, or just until ovulation?

staceym11 · 25/10/2005 21:40

thought id already posted but obv not (strange half memory i have) well.........

party went fine and now we'[r all a lot less stressed and now the bding has commence but seeing as i am on day.......17 dunno if it'l do much good.

well anyway dd is now 1 so the gap wont be too close together, but we are moving out from my parents in feb so if i fall now i wont have to help move the heavy bits! lol and it would be born 3 months before dd, which would be a good enough gap between birthdays.

am talking shite now, am so bored as dh is watching football and just wanna know if i am or if im gunna be pg or if its ever gunna happen (only been trying 2 month but i am really impaitient!)

puppy · 25/10/2005 14:11

Sorry about af arriving andyrobo,

Af has arrive here too despite all pg symptons i even was sickly on a morning and had bad taste and my veins on my chest was like a road map! , DH thinks i am m/cing again as i started spotting at the weekend, its not like one of my normal afs its like last time i m/c maybe hes right but not going to bother with the drs or do a test, will have fun trying again though.

I also know what you mean about children being a contraceptive, No probs with ds 3yrs but its dsd 15yrs thats the thing here, she stays up watching films in her room on a night till 10.00, and does it sneakly passed that so its hard to relax as i always wonder will she hear us

andyrobo237 · 25/10/2005 13:37

Oh well AF arrived today - I know waht you all mean about children being best contraceptive - there is always some reason why can'd BD at the correct time! This month will be last and then have a break for 2 months - dd starts school next spetember, so too much going on then! Obviously I will end up pg then when I don't want to be but won't be using opk's!! LOL!! Hope everyones days are going well!

jersey · 25/10/2005 11:48

I think so Normsnockers, I'm working on the principal of whenever possible and hope for the best xxx

I'm recording my temps on fertility friend this time so hoping that will tell me if and when I am ovulating, giving us a better chance next month. Don't really expect anything to happen this month.

A girl next would be nice, but as long as the baby is healthy we don't mind girl or boy!

Snap normsnockers, they are right about children and contraceptives. We had 2 nights of our DS sleeping through and then just when you think you have cracked it, he wakes up again! But, we didn't give in and he eventually went back to sleep in his cot.

On cd7 I think and bd last night although way to early, but you never know. Don't know when I ovulate or even if I am yet so temping at the moment. Finger's crossed.

Hope your nice meal went well norms. Good luck with the temping everyone else. I still haven't got one.

Got a more reasonable offer on our house today which we acepted so hopefully that should lessen one cause of stress, although house hunting and surveys and lawyers might make it just as worse. Still got to wait a week for af but will drink tonight anyway.

HI AF finished yesterday and finally got a thermometer on friday so temping now as well to see if I am ovulating again after finishing the pill.

Fingers crossed DS is sleeping through as well now so things are looking up.

Good luck everyone.

eldestgirl · 24/10/2005 06:01

I have a clearblue still in the cellophane in my bedside drawer. It is usually DH who persuades me to test, it doesn't take much persuasion!
Am trying to resist until next Sunday. AF due tomorrow and I am clueless. I seem to get sore boobs every month now, and AF.
BTW my Persona has been rubbish this second month. It has been red since day 6...and only turned green today (CD28). Had to rely on CM as I got no other help at all.

jane313 · 23/10/2005 18:48

I have some in my house as I got a cheap lot from ebay but the disappointemnt at the bfns was so great and worse than getting af I haven't been tempted since.
