GetDownYouWillFall · 23/02/2011 10:18

Terrys I am so thrilled for you Smile!!

MrsArchchancellorRidcully · 23/02/2011 09:56

Oh congrats Terrys well done. I'd offer you Wine but maybe not Grin. I'll have one instead! Please stay around for a bit - your lucky pg vibes need to rub off on me!!

I think I'm one of the longest charters on here now without a bfp

I have ewcm though, so swi in earnest, well hopefully - off to bristol today with DP and DD till saturday and sharing a room, so will have to be very very quiet Wink
I woke at 5.20am and so temped then and got a low temp which mean ff removed my crosshairs finally. I re-temped at 6.30 (my normal time) just to see and temps were up and if I put that reading in it puts the cross hairs back at cd10!
Argghh. EWCM must mean I'm not there yet surely.

Anyway, have a great day and once again Terrys well done!!

Karbea · 23/02/2011 09:19

Oh Terry that is brilliant news!!! Congrats! Grin

I just looked at your chart and your temps were much higher this month weren't they, is that normal for a BFP?

Fantasticabulous news terrys!! You've made my day!!!

You'll make it through the next few weeks by chatting on mn Smile. You know it makes sense! Where will you go?

TerrysNo2 · 23/02/2011 06:57

Morning all

Temp still up at 36.7 this morning so I caved and did a test and straight away got a B F P and I say that quite strongly because last time I never got one and it was a LFP (little faint positive) every time so I am very very happy and excited and bloody scared. Oh god, how am I going to get through the next few weeks.

Anyway - yay Grin!!!

weimy · 22/02/2011 22:53

essence thanks for the advice, didn't know about fruit juice it must be all that bloody pineapple juice!!!!

terrys the pack are sending big cuddles and licks xxxxx

Karbea · 22/02/2011 21:41

essence yes although still not great, ive a sore throat now grrr!!!!!

TerrysNo2 · 22/02/2011 21:41

Not sure when AF will arrive, depends on real OV date - 10 or 12 dpo tomorrow and usual LP is 12 so could be thurs or sat. Who knows!! I did spend a small fortune today in Jigsaw on some cropped trousers so they will at least fit for longer!

weimy hope docs figures it out.

essence that looks like quite a clear shift to me.

Night all, headache and want today to be over (ok who am I kidding, tomorrow to come quicker Grin)

essenceofSES · 22/02/2011 21:33

Terrys - :( Hope if the inevitable is on it's way, it's here soon and puts you out of your misery. Grrr! for you.

karbea - sounds like a better day for you. Hope you enjoyed your stew!

weimy - if you still suspect a UTI, get to to GP tomorrow as the sooner it's treated the better! Drink loads of water and avoid all fruit juice as that makes it worse (except for cranberry juice that can actually help!)

newgold - not sure about time of day for ovulation but that would be interesting!

My chart is here I normally ovulate on the day after my 2 peaks so wonder whether FF has it wrong at the moment and I may have ovulated on CD 14. Would be much better if I did for SWI timing!

ochaye · 22/02/2011 21:05

Noooooooo terrys - when are you expecting af?????

TerrysNo2 · 22/02/2011 21:01

AF cramps and feeling weepy - not good signs Sad

ochaye · 22/02/2011 20:25

Tee hee ifatfirst - so long as you don't write it up on your calendar for all the world to see Grin

IfAtFirstUDontSucceed · 22/02/2011 20:08

Just saying hello to you all. CD7 here and DH & I have just been planning our weeks social & work events around SWI as we have a very busy week ahead of us! If we start SWI tonight and every other day until day 16 we should have pretty much covered all bases and they are the nights we will actualy be together - god,it is getting desperate! :(

Karbea · 22/02/2011 19:57

NewGolden That's not true, the egg might have been floating down the tubes around midnight and the sperms may have found it.

Terry thanks for the Brew

Ive had a bath and put some candles on, watching EE, waiting for OH to get home, Chicken stew in the oven [yum]

ochaye · 22/02/2011 19:01

Not good weimy. Hope you're feeling ok.

I was feeling so positive yesterday and today am completely flat and convinced we got it wrong again. Ah well ...

weimy · 22/02/2011 17:01

Hi All!

Sorry Terrys I am being very naughty, just didn't want to see it sliding down.

I have poas twice because I haven't had any spotting and got BFNs, am due on on Thurs. But now I am pretty sure I have a urine infection or whatever you call it. cloudy wee and lower back pain :( Going to phone for an app tomorrow.

Teds77 · 22/02/2011 13:41

Just wanted to pop on and say hello. I've been away on hols and not been a very good charter Blush.

I'm trying to catch-up on many pages news but to those BFPs I missed, belated congrats Wine. Also wanted to send a message to Ravenlocks that may or may not reach her in the interweb-ether... Was very sad to see you on here as I thought you had cracked it in Jan. Really hope that the stress-free, MN-free approach works and do let us know when you get a BFP.

Holiday ended with a vist to the Drs for me and the DH. Dr was lovely and sounds a bit like AuntieD's experience. DH and both booked in for tests and we should get the results back in the next couple of weeks. Even if there are no 'problems' she said that if we wanted to be referred on to hospital/clinic (or wherever you go next) she would be happy to do this as I'm 33 and we done 8 cycles which is a fair few. Didn't really expect that and honestly don't know if I want to be referred if the tests come back 'normal' but it's kinda nice to know it's an option.

Anyways, enough self-absorbed nonsense from me. Will report back in once my chart is back up and running...

Newgolddream · 22/02/2011 11:20

Morning everyone!

Many congrats tunnocks, short and sweet lol.

jaggy - youre not being silly, it gets really depressing sometimes wanting something so badly and it just not happeneing. Ive often said it wouldnt be as bad for me (patience and waiting) and it wouldnt matter how long it took as long as I knew it would def happen, but of course cant get this guarantee eh.

mrsarch - it ddoes seem a big dip....but could it be an implantation dip??

mrsden - thanks for that explanation re timing - Ive often wondered why it doesnt happen even if timing is spot on, does anyone have any ideas - if there is a sperm and an egg there together at teh right time I wonder why they dont fertilise?

auntied - so glad you had a positive experience at GP and it can help to know you are being proactive sometimes.

terrys - sorry you are feeling so bad Sad

ochaye - I think dotted crosshairs are if some information doesnt quite "match", they can change to filled in ones and back again as Ive experienced, particualrly if I input watery or EWCM after FF thinks ive ovulated, I do seem to get this a lot though.

essence - no wonder youre so pissed off, I would be to.

weimy, terrys and karbea - thanks for your thoughts re swi "timing" - I guess in the great big sceme of things iot doesnt matter, I just knew FF would say I ov on Friday (and it did) so putting in swi on Saturday makes it look as if it was a day too late, even though technically it was only just after midnight! The things we get caught up in lol Grin

As a matter of interest does anyone know if we just ovulate at any time of day, or is there a time of day this is more likely, as Im sure I read somewhere its more likely to happen at night, dont know if thats true though.
