Yes, you need to buy sticks as well. I can get quite expensive, although once the machine has worked out your cycle you only need to use about 7 a month.

Maybe buy some cheapy ones first - I think some people get them off ebay.

kareba Yes, it's my first month charting.
I like the CBFM because it's easy to read and use. It's expensive but I've got lots of use out of it!

Karbea - I got my thermometer froma site called Access Diagnostics, can recommend them. They sell other stuff to, like OPKs, HPTs etc etc.

Level Do you use OPKs? That would give you another sign? Is this your first month of charting?

My CBFM and EWCM doesn't really match with when FF said I ovulated.

Also, it only reads like it does because I discarded day 15 because I was drinking the night before.

If I put it back in it moves my ov day to 21st which is even further from CBFM and CM.

What does anyone think?

I'm getting my standard pre AF cramps so not holding out much hope for this cycle.

Hello everyone, been trying to keep up with the posts but its such a fast moving thread! TTC #2 for 16 months. Been referred to a gyn and have had SA for dh though he needs to do another, Day 4 blood and have more blood taken tomorrow and a vaginal scan next week yipee then sit and worry myself silly wait for the results in a months time.

Its my first month charting and have just found out how to put a link on for it - go me! Expecting it to be another 25 day cycle

Oh. Went to bed last night and cried for nearly an hour. Just feeling sad. Partly I think because my sister is due to have her baby in the next week or two.

Have already got a BFN did the test yesterday.

Had a really mad dream about being a magicians assistant this morning, when I told DH he asked me if I'd like to hold his wand!

Ochaye newgolden I don't think that dip is something to worry about I have seen pg charts that have them :)

Husband is away until Friday eve so I'm not very hopeful of a BFP this month but it's good to have a go at charting anyway.

Oh I forgot before - Karbea I have no idea if my temps this month were relevent to PG - they were much higher throughout and the coverline was 0.3 degrees celcius higher than usual?? They weren't that high during my last PG but then I MC that one so hopefully this one will be different anyway!!

Now getting paranoid that I read the test wrong - another one tomorrow me thinks!!

I think it definitely looks like I have ovulated? My boobs are also a little sore. Had a progesterone test yesterday and will get the results Thursday. Had a tiny spot of brown yesterday on wiping - no bigger than a rice grain but have had a few cramps so not sure if AF is on the way. Normal LP is 12 days I think.

There are a few people on here who are not in my chart stalking favourites folder - ochaye, weimy specifically. Links please!!

newgolddream I wouldn't worry about an individual temp dip, and at 5dpo it could even be an implantation dip. Keeping my FX for you!

MrsA I hope you and DP can get some good SWI-ing and that FF sorts itself out. I am sure it was wrong for me this month, said OV was CD19 (I thought 17) so today would only make me 10dpo and I got a pretty clear BFP so I think it was wrong as I am sure 10dpo wouldn't do that.
