Fab news MrsP!!! What does FF give as your due date? Mine was 18th Oct, although docs said 21st.

xxx

mrsden · 16/02/2011 10:01

Yay, massive congratulations mrsP Grin. I see why you thought it was bad news when you had that dip, just goes to show! Have you had any symptoms yet? How many months have you been trying?

Jaggy so pleased your DH was still awake!!

Sorry Doris, ttc is so frustrating. You never know it might just be too early to show up yet.

jaggythistle · 16/02/2011 08:59

Yay MrsP!!!

Also yay DH wasn't asleep Grin

A bit early for SWI fest with ov usually at CD16, just trying to get into a better habit of making time for it!

wonky temps from funny sleeping patterns!

essenceofSES · 16/02/2011 08:04

Yeah - that doesn't sound a good combination!
Is it too hopeful that your first day back at work may not be too bad?!
Too early for Wine so have a Brew and a Cake (We need a slice of cake emoticon!)

AuntieDoris · 16/02/2011 07:45

I am due today or tomorrow. Highly likely that things are messed up.

Feeling grumpy today - BFN, tired, jet-lagged and back to work!

:(

essenceofSES · 16/02/2011 07:37

MrsP - fantastic!!! Grin Grin Grin
I can see why you thought it was all over a couple of days ago but it just shows, it's not over til she arrives! Congratulations!!

AuntieD - sorry for BFN. When are you actually due? Do you think your chart may be a bit mucked up to your different time zones?

Jaggy - I hope DH hadn't gone to sleep! LOL at you being interrupted and feeding having "pre-seeded"!!

Nothing much happening here - CD10 and I normally ov around CD18.

MrsP81 · 16/02/2011 07:22

Morning ladies

Sorry to be barging back into your thread so soon after I excused myself.....(thank you for all your kind words)

BFP!!!! Shock

Here is my chart and you can probably see why I thought it was over on Monday due to big temp drop. This is proof that it's not over til it's over as they say.

Eek!

AuntieDoris · 16/02/2011 06:11

Tested again this morning. Negative again.

Cock.

jaggythistle · 15/02/2011 23:08

also shunning opks this month. can't really tell what's a positive and what's not, just get confused. have thought about going back through the charts and just removing the results.

just to amuse you with a live update, operation more swi currently interrupted by DS waking up for some reason. magic boobs required for settling. am slightly uncomfortable sitting here though as i had already applied the preseed as per recommendation. DH better not be asleep by the time i get through to bed.

essenceofSES · 15/02/2011 22:57

Thanks for all the happy birthday wishes!
Squeaky - happy birthday to you, birthday buddy!

IfAtFirst - I'm not suprised you've had enough! Hopefully you'll at least get a resolution one way or another in the next few days.

OPKs - interesting points being made. I normally do OPKs but have discovered that sometimes I don't ovulate for up to 48hrs after, whereas I always thought it would be within 24hrs.

Chart links - I agree the other thread isn't really working at the moment but would be good to have something with the links. If someone gets chance over the next couple of days, that'd be great. If not, I may get chance Thurs or Fri.

Jaggy - I often get the same question and fob people off about DC2 whilst shouting "NOW!" inside

FolicAcid - phew!! Our bodies are very clever really!

IfAtFirstUDontSucceed · 15/02/2011 21:42

Just quickly popping in - still no news (BORING) Day 34,no ov, getting pretty fed up now :( www.fertilityfriend.com/home/2de1f3

ochaye · 15/02/2011 21:23

I aim for every third day. It hasn't failed me yet! Because I got what I thought was a positive opk last cycle, I stopped sticking to that and I think that's where I went wrong (maybe).

I'm just never certain if I'm reading OPKs right is the other thing.

Folicacid · 15/02/2011 21:19

ochaye that's weird but very interesting about not putting in positive opks. Bloody anooying too though. It's hard to know what to trust. No wonder the every second night theory seems to be the most reliable. We just can't manage it. Not even sure if we'd want to Shock

ochaye · 15/02/2011 21:13

I always kill the thread ...

jaggythistle · 15/02/2011 20:36

Eek rogue apostrophe, phone puts them in everywhere. as a fully paid up pedant it freaks me out!

jaggythistle · 15/02/2011 20:34

ochaye i could make a new chart thread attempt 2 and just trawl through and put everyone's link in one post? we could then 'watch' it. on my phone just now so can't do it, but willing to have a go when i get on the pc, i like lists and stuff too!

i especially didn't want workmate's spotting me on conception board. Shock although i am asked every other day about when i want another baby.

you can't just shout NOW though, can you? Wink

ochaye · 15/02/2011 20:26

Terrys - when you say you got up, do you mean you got up then went back to bed? If that's what it is, I don't it would affect your temp that much! Interesting shift!?

By the way, I took the positive OPK out of last months chart to see what it would do, and it changed my OV date to 4 days later - so we were way off last month. I'm not going to do OPKs this month. I think it distracts me too much.

mrsden - it's so hard to understand these things.

squeaky and Doris ... fx for those bfps! Don't give up!

Great news for your smiley face Folic.

weimy - I don't have a link to your chart. What stage are you at again?

lol at you hiding your MN from work colleagues jaggy Grin

I'm happy-ish today but not quite on a part with yesterday.

So ... are we giving up on our charting thread? It was a good idea but perhaps people prefer to bookmark charts. I would still really appreciate a separate thread with a list so I know who to look out for and who's at what stage. Is that going to be too much work?

Folicacid · 15/02/2011 19:40

Squeaky and Auntie D bollox for you!

I got a smiley yesterday which fits in with temps too so I'm back in the game this month. Phew. Looks like i did try to ov as normal last week but couldn't due to stressful times. Body is a marvel ain't it...

weimy · 15/02/2011 19:07

AuntyD Squeaky I've got sore nipples too! Grin Also feeling sickly but have noticed it is strongly linked to anxiety so am trying to chill.

squeaky mrsdens advice sounds good.

forgot to temp today, am not sure if I should tomorrow or not, I mean it is not going to change anything is it Hmm What do you think?

ochaye Hope you are still feeling Grin, I had a funny day like that this month and was really unstressed, good isn't it!!!!

jaggythistle · 15/02/2011 16:48

sorry for abrupt end to post, trying to hide mning from workmates!

:)

jaggythistle · 15/02/2011 15:02

Hello all.

cd12 so nothing too exciting.

Project more SWI is going well so far.

I have maybe beaten my record for more open circles than blue dots on my chart! POor DS still not 100%.

squeakytoy · 15/02/2011 13:18

Exactly how I feel Doris... so fingers crossed yet for both of us! :)

AuntieDoris · 15/02/2011 13:07

Well I am back in the UK, and obviously I couldn't resist POAS. And obviously it was negative. Ho hum. I expect AF is on her way, despite the fact that I have stupidly sore nipples and unusual cramps.

Bollox.

squeakytoy · 15/02/2011 12:23

I have used the LH surge indicator for the previous couple of months and it has been positive at the same times.

I did POAS twice this morning.. but the sodding sticks were faulty (both windows blank)... which didnt impress me much lol!!!

I so hate this time of the month... and its my birthday today, so really really wanted to get that BFP.

On the plus side I have the most sore nipples and have had for the last 3 days... which is unusual for me... but at this stage I think we all look for anything to be a symptom.. lol.

mrsden · 15/02/2011 12:11

squeaky this is only my second month charting so I'm still learning and a long way from being an expert so feel free to ignore me. I think it's good if your temp is still up and you would have expected AF today. Temps usually dip on the day of AF. Do you know if CD15 is the usual day that you ovulate? If so and your normal cycle is 25 days then that means you have a shortish LP of 10 days. I think the average is 14 days though I know lots of ladies on these boards have a 10 day LP with no problems. I'm just wondering if maybe you have ovulated later than usual this month and your AF might actually be due later, for example when you would be 14 dpo?

If you are sure that AF should have been today then it might be worth POAS Smile
