Panpipe I'll join you on the testfest this Tuesday, if no ERTD, although I fully expect it to be another BFN.

I ordered a load of really cheap early response tests off ebay today, does anyone have any experience of how well they work? I can't afford to keep up the boots addiction, and I really just want either ERTD or a BFN. I'm sick of waiting, I had convinced myself I would not fuss, but I would know by now anyway. I managed not to think about it much, but time is up for my patience now.

Hi Lizzy and welcome! I'm also in my first month off the pill and wondering what the hell my cycles are doing. ERTD is a week late to what it would have been when I was on the pill but I tested on Friday and it was a BFN. Going to give it a few more days and try again on "Testfest Tuesday"!

I'm assured by the other viroids that you do get less obsessive as time goes on!

Can I join you viroids, I'm refusing to obsess (but finding it hard). I am just SWI... or I was until my husband (don't know the right acronym) went to India for a fortnight with work. I'm on my first month of ttc after being on the pill for 7 years. I think my ERTD is due around now, but since this is the first cycle sans pill I have no idea. I think I ovulated between Christmas and New Year, based on feelings, not obsessive POAS or temperatures. I did succumb to POAS before my man went away on Wednesday in the hope that I would be less obsessive in his absence, but just got the obvious BFN. Don't know how long to leave it until POAS again, but think I'll wait until Friday, because by then ERTD will be around 5 days late, and at least the stick should tell the truth, whether its coming or not.

I have thoroughly enjoyed stalking reading all of your stories, hope you'll have me!

Evening all. Tried to post last night but my computer did its special trick of moving the cursor randomly, and I managed to hit backspace at the wrong time, hence all deleted. Today I?m typing on word so at least I won?t lose everything! But now I need to go back and read all the posts.

As for me, I have been very busy with work, and the big thaw means I?ve actually been doing stuff with my horses too. All good fun, except today it was tipping down and windy all day, so have only just dried out! We are now in the Window (not in front of the window ) so we managed a JS effort last night, although we were both a bit the worse for wear, having accidentally drunk nearly a bottle of wine each . OH insists we have a night off the booze, but it?s Saturday. Surely that?s what Mondays the rest of the week are for?

I feel I ought to come clean...although am loving the shagging respect I am currently garnering (sp?) from the likes of foghorn. Since I'm on clomid, we are told very specifically when we meant to shag. And fortunately sadly we can't do it everyday as we have to save DH swimmers. And since I'm on clomid I have to know the day of my cycle. So CD12 is day 12. The rules tell us to shag on day 12 and day 14. According to FC only worth doing it on those two days.

And nickel that is the extent of my obsessing. I am now forgetting where I am and when to test until February.

So demented - don't worry too much. 5 days in nothing!!

Eagerly anticipating the testfest coming up. Nickel why don't you test anyway? I seem to remember you've not had much chance in the past. If at all? And POMS maybe needs to too...has her ERTD turned up yet? I found her POAS thread - quite funny!!

TTL crazy crazy dream. Really quite scary actually. Sounds horrid. Have you read First Person by Ali Smith? Rubbish short stories, but there was one in there that sounded like your dream. We're hoping to go see The Kings Speech...think I'd rather that than 127 hours.

'Testfest' - I like it

deemented - the month I got knocked up we shagged a grand total of 3 times over the course of 48 hours because that was about all the time we spent together

I suppose to actually get knocked up, you've got to be shagging, haven't you? It's been five days. Five fucking days. And fair enough, i have had a small proceedure done on my spine in that time, and have been unable to open move my leg. But still
