Last thread was here

The (updated)(again)(again) 'rules' from our Just Shagging Originator for the Viroids:

Maintain a relaxed attitude at all times - drink if you want too, especially on your birthday (or when you've had bad news). Thread precedent dictates if you drink to excess you will get a BFP (but not recommended). (It just takes longer to get in the mood

Thanks for the bourbons BamBam, my fav! How have you not POAS yet? If I had any suspicions about ERTD not being on properly I wouldn't be able to stop myself!

BamBam21 · 18/01/2011 18:38

Sorry to hear that Lizzy. (passes some bourbons)

Cheeser - I like your style! You and DP will be super fit and healthy AND upduffed (hopefully)! Wink

Style just got weird, almost-not-there-at-all ERTD. Doing my head in now! Confused

LizzyMathsWhizzy · 18/01/2011 18:15

We once managed every day for a fortnight... we weren't even ttc at the time, we just realised after a while that we were both really tired, and worked out why Blush

I've always been a bit of a kleptomaniac, so DH is totally used to me being demanding, and unless I spell it out he will be blissfully unaware of me trying to time things right... not that I'm doing that... just shagging, promise!

A trick I've used a few times, but he now sees coming, is to buy him a new aftershave, or shower gel or whatever, and tell him the smell is irresistible! Men are so vain that they will always fall for that, should get you a couple of bonus shags at the right time Grin

nickelbabysnatcher · 18/01/2011 17:29

you'll be sooo knackered!

we justshag when we fancy it, but i do make more of an effort when i get the pantsnot...

Sorry about the BFN Panpipe.

Still have excrutiating period pains and generally been a right miserable so-and-so today. Roll on next weekend when hopefully I'll be back on form and I can get back to seducing DP Wink

I have told him We have agreed to really go for it next month. We only did the deed once around ovulation so it's hardly surprising nothing happened. Am planning on shagging every other night from when the ERTD subsides. Does this sound sustainable or will be be knackered within a week, and then miss the window? or should we just try more than normal (we only usually have sex once a week on average Blush)

nickelbabysnatcher · 18/01/2011 17:01

ah, bollocks, Lizzy

never mind, keep shagging (obv not just yet... Blush )

Hello everyone, sorry about the BFN panpipe.

I was off to POAS, but was interrupted by ERTD. Hrmph. Still, at least thats a reasonable cycle length after coming off the pill - 30 days. Maybe next month, just need DH to come home so we can get to it!

Quiet on here today....maybe it's the yoga poses...

BamBam21 · 18/01/2011 14:20

Oh panpipe - I think no matter how long or short a time you have been TTC, it's still SO disappointing when you want it badly. Still, lots of just-in-case shagging should keep your mind off things! Wink

Still no sign of ERTD coming on "properly". I might see how it is tomorrow and POAS if it's still not come. So confusing!

All together ladies, into your yoga poses! Grin

panpipe · 18/01/2011 14:09

Thanks BamBam - I'm not going to get too worried at the moment as it's only the first month of trying! Just frustrating really and I'm still in the novelty excited phase. At least having no idea about my cycles is the perfect excuse for lots of shagging 'just in case' :o

Got2Dance · 18/01/2011 13:43

Sleepy did they give you any indication of how long it would be before you could crack on? Do you have to have a definite negative first? Thinking of you x

LOL at BamBam having everything crossed! Order some on ebay or amazon...then you can fuel more madness!!

BamBam21 · 18/01/2011 13:04

Sorry to hear about the BFN panpipe. I hope you figure out what's going on one way or another soon.

I am terrified to do a test, as I only have one cheapy one in the bathroom, and can't afford to buy any more at the moment. It's really odd and unusual for me though. Boobs aren't as sore as the last couple of days, but still a bit.

Nickel and GOML - still have evrything crossed for you both. Don't know if I can hold this pose for much longer! Confused Grin

nickelbabysnatcher · 18/01/2011 12:35

loads of newbies, too! Grin

It's a bit mad round her at the minute (the thread, not IRL, cos that would be insane...)

Hi Nickel and GTD

Doing pretty good.Need to be tidying up, but MNing instead.

It has changed hasn't it? So many grads, aww :)

Did a HPT last night, still testing a VERY faint +ive. Want it to hurry up and turn -ive now, so can crack on.

How are you viroids doing?

Got2Dance · 18/01/2011 12:26

Hey sleepy - how goes it? You'll notice our group has changed somewhat. Some new faces and the grads have moved on. How are things with you?

nickelbabysnatcher · 18/01/2011 12:25

Morning Caz how are you?

OP posts:
nickelbabysnatcher · 18/01/2011 12:24

don't worry - I'm doing that, too - I'm obsessing over every "ooh could i be pregnant?" thread atm.

and it's not good for me to have this nickname on the pregnancy/birth sections....

GOML - it was the welsh woman i was talking about in my post (i didn't see the water birth)

panpipe - that's most odd. Confused

Got2Dance · 18/01/2011 12:12

My sympathies for the BFN and also for horrible commutes. I'm so fortunate that we're settled in a lovely house and our jobs are sorted. That's why it's so galling that the baby hasn't shown up!!

GOML - that is a ridiculous long time in the car. I had an hour and half to get to uni every day - lived outside London and hated every bit of train and tube. Wonderful to move away again.

Can totally get you with not wanted to test. It's always a toss up - the longer I don't test, the more my hopes get up. I prefer to test, know it's negative and then forget about it. If it is too early still, I'll have a pleasant surprise!!
