The resurrection of the 6th form common room, a place to put your feet up, wallow in self pity (me) or rejoice (and tremble in fright) at new growing beans and baybees after mc. No lists. No stats. No babydust. No feeling bad if you can't keep up.

It was to do with AnyFucker changing her name. Loads of peeps did it in comiseration. But it did prevent me from commenting on the Book Club Talk last night, so I had better change it back today. It does feel quite therapeutic though.

izz Boo boo for CM. But yey for John Bishop and wine! It's not definitively over yet, and that goes for all three of you, velvet, aandR too.

I guess after that post x-mas rush I had got used to seeing 3 BFP's a week - I was really expecting you all to be diffed!

GetaWiggle I believe in therapuetic swearing too AND I am also 5DP. We are twins.

loola convince yourself that its the start of a triphasic pattern. Feels much better than worrying if its late ov. I am also bit paranoid that FF is wrong this month and therefore all shagging is badly timed but my strategy is just to shut out the doubt with blind optimism! (should work until about 10DPO)

battery You are welcome. BTW, I do 8DPO every month, no point pretending I will be any different this month either! Good luck tomorrow xxx

Cd5 here = boring phase of cycle. Still haven't rescued thermometer from under bed and have just had sudden tourettes-style outburst when I checked FB and discovered someone else has decided to announce they are 3 months pg. After much effing and jeffing (and eventually tears) ended up having lengthy chat with DH about WHOLE situation. I think it's the first time I've really told him how I feel since the mc. Way overdue! He was v understanding, bless him. Feel much better now!

Mummy you've just reminded me I need to re-order bulk shipment of pee sticks from Amazon! My fingers are crossed for you this month. I'll be watching this space on Fri for news from velvet and AandR too!

Battery 8dpo is restrained in my books! FX for you too.

Well John Bishop was really I proper laughed out loud for most of it - a wonderful feeling!

On the down side, brown cm has appeared here too, which means af should follow tomorrow or Friday...so there we go. Anyway I'm staying positive, I've had a good night and I've got a cheeky bottle of sauv blanc in the fridge I can open this weekend, so I guess it's not all bad

Hi Battery I am afraid you need to get scanned at midcycle to really have an idea if there are problems with your lining. 2.89 is OK at the beginning of your cycle but it should thicken up to at least 7mm by ov time (you need to get measured just BEFORE ov so they can also look to see if there is a "trilaminar"/triple stripe pattern. Its good to know how thick, but its even better to know how "even" the endometrium is. If you cant see a triple stripe pattern it indicates patchy areas of endometrium which could be caused by fibroids/polpys/scar tissue/other stuff. After ov the triple strip pattern breaks up anyway so you must get scanned between day 12-15 ish and get them to check your ovaries to see if they can find a pre ovulatory follicle to prove that you are definately at pre-ov stage.

I have a list of fab questions given to me by the ladies on the AS yahoo support group. I remember you mentioned on the other thread fibroids/adeny-whatsit is a possible issue, and there are some areas of cross over with AS so the question list might be useful to you. Its a bit long, so I will PM it.

Not much happening here, I have my gynae appointment tomorrow so I am looking forward to that. Just thinking of some questions to ask. mummya might be able to throw light on this - my last scan showed a lining of only 2.89mm but I was on AF at the time and the lady didn't seem worried. Should I be worried ??!!xx

Is it wrong that I have such strong feelings of pre menstrual rage that I want to punch the man sitting next to me in the head for eating his apple too loudly? (who am I trying to kid? Pre menstrual? Aww Dachs what faberoonie news. May all continue to progess well and happily.

On gusset watch I'm afraid I have news of the non pristine kind. In fact from nothing to full on RTD in about 4 hours. Have never had that before. It's almost as though I started spotting last Thursday-Sat, and then my body just went on strike or had temporary amnesia for 3 days and then remembered it was supposed to be shedding womb lining... like "what did I come downstairs for... oh yeah, I'm supposed to be exiting the house". Hey ho. Who wants to be pregnant anyway... .

So I hand on the baton... C'mon who's going to cheer me up with a BFP.

Off to bathe in Oyster Bay x
