Glad the acupuncture has calmed you down Pink, I used to have it before TTC for ridiculously heavy periods and it was brilliant.

Mummya - I lower my head in awe of your hardness Seriously though, I had to have dye shoved where it's really not meant to go too and yes, it bloody hurts! But, like you say, only for a few seconds.

Tigger - you can tell us either way, we're not real people.

Velvet - BIL situation sounds like a right nightmare.I have had to share my house with people coming out of relationships on more than a couple of occassions and at first it's fine, but when they start outstaying their welcome it's really hard work Lets hope he finds somewhere soon!

lady velvet sorry you had stressful days yesterday. Anyone out there that doesn't have acupuncture - DEFINITELY give it a go. I'd been feeling grim all day with that butterflies in stomach adrenaline feeling and now I am feeling ZEEEEENNNNNNN, even though acupuncturist knowingly informed me that massive inflated painful boobs at this point in my cycle (had them all week) simply means my liver Qi has stagnated... Didn't dare mention motorway boobs

Also dh is away all of next week on business so I'll be all by myself when I find out one way or the other. So I'll have no one to share it with (apart from everyone on this list and I'll feel a bit bad if a whole load of people over the internet find out before dh no offence intended) or yell at depending on what happens.

I too am stressed at work (and at home actually!). Don't know if you remember I said BIL moved in just before xmas as he split up with fiance - well he is still here and looks to be staying for a few months while he ssaves up to buy a house!!

everyone with a due date looming, mine is too coupled with my grandma's death it seems unfair, unbelievable and untimely that I have to get through this month. 2 very close friends due dates same as mine was (29th Jan) and 2 extended family members also due in the coming weeks. So I do feel robbed, gutted for getting nearly half way through a pregnancy and now????

So I stupidly on cd26 poas, and obviously nothing, fish me up

just popped back for a quick good luck for tomorrow dachs

pink sorry to make you wriggle, but I thought I would give an honest account. By the way, I delivered DS naturally with no drugs, he was 9 pounds and I didnt whimper one bit so I am not normally a pain wimp!

Maybe I have got a funny shaped cervix or something? This is my 13th invasive procedure in an 8 month period, and I have found all of them painful (except the ones under GA) I hope you have more of a loola experience, (other ladies on MN have said it is not painful too) but just in case, take the drugs. I was told to take one dose of ibuprofen the night before and another an hour before the procedure (at 10.00am) Also, looking back it really is only for a few seconds as the dye is pushed in, and then its over.

A quickie! Good luck for dacha tomorrow, and a massive woop woop for mamap's bistro thang, that's so fab!!

Back tomorrow for a catch up a la emoo and loola. very impressed!

Haha so much chat here-I do one message and miss a whole page!! Ouch mummya I'm wriggling here too!!! I'll defo be doing the paracetamol and ibuprofen then!!! Hope results are perfect xx

wiggle I have ben having similar thoughts myself-a really good friend is due in May and wants me to visit her but I'm stalling so far. I'm worried about similar stuff to you, that I won't be able to look convincingly excited enough (I am excited for her but the combo with self pity is likely to show as indifference at best I think....), and that she'll feel like she can't talk about all the exciting stuff she's probably thinking for worry that she'll upset me (she knows about MC) and I don't want her feeling like she's treading on eggshells. I was sure up until a week ago that I'd be completely happy to see her when she's got her baby but now I'm not 100% sure, although o think it'll be easier than going while she's pregnant. No idea why! So in summary, I'd give it a miss, you don't want to risk feeling left out and worrying about it coming up isn't good for you either.

Chloe tough one about job, not sure what the answer is. How about getting a couple more cleaning jobs so you can pick and choose your hours and how much to take on? I guess it doesn't help maternity pay situation though.

Mummy I had HSG a few years ago, and other than slight discomfort, there was no pain at all! I do tend to be on wimpish side of bravery too! Maybe I was just lucky!
