starlight- newgolddream is right. You probably ovulated the day after you got the +OPK (although I believe it's meant to be 12-48hours).

Thanks sevendwarves, Ive just ordered internet cheapy OPKs for next cycle (theres the optimism Ive not done it this cycle lol) - although I would love of course not to need them.

starlight - as far as Im aware OPKs detect the LH "surge" which can last only 12 hours -so it sounds like your first test was positive and the next day your next test may have detected the end of the surge. They dont actually say you have ovulated but indicate that ov is imminent.

Well Im not 7 DPO as expected today, Fertility Friend has changed my ov date because of todays temp - so now Im only 3 DPO - longer to wait to test now lol.

It's hard isn't it xstitch? I tested yesterday and got another BFN.

I got my dates muddled, turns out AF is due tomorrow not Tuesday. I'm quite irregular but tomorrow will be 16 days since ov. No symptoms of AF or pregnancy, although I feel so bloody awful I'm not sure I'd even notice!

On cd 7 now so that's puts due date on 29th oct if pg am just waiting now to start swi on Tuesday in hope of ov sometime towards end of week fingers crossed this time

AF due Tuesday for me (I think, cycles are normally irregular) but I'm fighting the urge to test!

morning all, hi vegas well i think this is my stop, need to catch the nov bus. a bit annoying as this is my shortest cycle ever. Still a bit lighter than normal but it'll take time for my body to get back to normal. fx for all of you left to test. vegas i'll be keeping an eye on you. Grin

i think i'm losing my mind. i'm forgetting what my previous af's were like. i've got brown sludge/blood. I keep thinking ooh that's different but then thinking or was it. I'm sure (but not 100% positive) that my last af was 2-3 days light spotting then fresh red blood.

Thanks seven - don't worry about me, I'm incorrigible! Grin finding it a bit weird - I went to lunch and all I could smell was conflicting perfumes, really strong! Its not making me gag or anything, but wondering if it will get more pronounced as time goes on - never had it before that's for sure.

Good luck generic and sorry you fell off the bus outintotheblue, that sucks.
