Hi,

I am now off the september bus and jumping on the October one please.

TTC#2 Cycle3 ucl 25 ish (af due 6 Feb)

DH has booked us into a luxury hotel for a weekend this month - bless him. Fingers crossed - dd was conceived when we were away and a little tipsy. She took only 2 months of trying so I hoped dc2 would be the same. In fairness the first month we decided to start trying fairly late on so not sure it counts. Really tried this month though, but I've had flu and worry the temp of 103.5F might have hindered things. Guess we'll never know.

On the bright side - October baby sounds good to me! ;-)

arabella36 · 12/01/2011 12:58

lots of luck Yoshimi!!!!

I'm only 2 or 3 days post-ovulation and am interpreting having slight cramps today as being unusual and therefore ?? Wondering could it be an early pregnancy sign? Has anyone heard of this?

I know, I know I'm probably just being suggestibleGrin

yoshimigalloway · 12/01/2011 12:50

eek! I can't! I could just be a little late, I could come on in five mins time! i feel quite happy for some reason and i like the feeling of it being a possibility, i don't want to ruin it? I think i'll wait to Friday ,maybe. On the other hand I have tommorrow off work - can i be trusted?! x

hiddenme · 12/01/2011 12:15

Yes test Yoshi. I had it with DC1 - implatation bleeding I think

Iggly · 12/01/2011 12:14

Test yoshi!! I had pink discharge with DS1 and (obviously) got a BFP

cep · 12/01/2011 10:19

yoshi oooh do a test. fx for you.

cep · 12/01/2011 10:18

hello all, hope you're all ok today.

innocent it's normal to obsess about it i think, it's a big change and it can take planning, it's normal to think lots about stuff you're planning.

vegas i'm cd6 today as well. When i got pg last year it was from dtd 2 days after af stopped. I realised i'd been ov'ing earlier than i thought. but my cycle seems to change each month, so i did the ov calendar for my shortest and longest cycle and we're dtd over that time so from tomorrow to the 20th, probably every 2-3 days. But as this is my 1st cycle post mc am unsure if it'll be the same or will have changed again. can only wait and see.

yoshimigalloway · 12/01/2011 10:09

Hi everyone,
well i'm on day 28 of what i had thought was a 27/28 days cycle, possible 17 days past ov (guesswork). Monday I had thought sure that I was just about to come on as a had a little pinkish discharge which i think was the begining of the begining of my period. I haven't had anything since though. I had said to my fiance on mon that i didn't think this would be our month, he said that he felt a little disaponted. I was really pleased in a weird way cos he has said in the past that he knows its the right time etc but he was still freaked out! Anyway I expect that by the time i've posted this i will have come on!

Iggly · 12/01/2011 09:52

Have you cracked mrsb??

arabella lol at your DH. operation jump Mr Iggly was a success. But I'm confused as still no EWCM. I don't known what's going on.

It's funny Hils how the DHs don't realise just how much work we put into making sure we get pregnant. I don't tell DH otherwise he'd think I was mad.

Fingers crossed Odd. I know how you feel though. I think my cycle has gone mad. Don't know what's going on anymore.

I'm feeling a bit light headed today - not sure what it is. Unless by freaky chance I ovulated last week when we did it without intent. Doubt it though. More likely I need to take my iron again as suffered from anaemia.

Hey girls, thank you for the words of support and making me feel like am not such a oddball :) I honestly thought that it was unfair of me and selfish to think these thoughts even at the beginning of cycle 3!

Welcome to all the new joiners, babydust to everyone. Apologies to those off the September bus BUT hitch those skirts up and hop on it (literally) Wink Those BFPs should be plentiful soon hopefully. I already have the feeling i'll be hopping onto the November bus when it, thats me ever the 'optimist'

xx

queenrollo · 11/01/2011 22:07

i'm nearly 36 hils hope my GP is a sympathetic as yours!

Hils74 · 11/01/2011 20:32

Hi all. On CD12 14 on cycle no.4

No sign of EWCM but have been SWI all week just in case. GP said he would put me on Clomid in 2 months if I still wasn't pg due to my age, 36.

So hard not to test all the time and I am resisting temping and haven't got an OPK yet...

DH has no idea as he thinks we are still 'seeing how it goes'!

OddBodd · 11/01/2011 20:26

Hi everyone. Still no sign of AF. Day 37 now but I am reluctant to get my hopes up or do a test just incase. With ds I got pg first month but my periods were so regular then it was so much easier to predict when my fertile days were. I have no idea what's going on at the minute and whether this is just a long cycle. Who knows!!

How is everyone else doing?

Iwish · 11/01/2011 19:23

Hi all! Long time no speak. Have been hiding away for a few days, only on cd12 so I'm unbelievably boring. Will be getting on with some SWI this week so I shall again be known as the sex pest!

mrsb sorry you got BFN but you still have another 7 days to go :).

Welcome new additions to the bus :)

marthamay · 11/01/2011 19:15

Good luck MrsB, keep us posted....

arabella36 · 11/01/2011 18:54

Iggly good luck with the planned assault on DHWink
Mine is trying his best to hide, God love himGrin

arabella36 · 11/01/2011 18:51

MrsB, you will have to buy a first response - I know this is not sensible advice, but I just don't know how to resist doing it myself!!

tomatoplantproject · 11/01/2011 17:55

Hello all. I've just fallen off the September bus and after a day of sulking can I join the October bus please? Am hoping it's a little luckier this time around.

Iggly · 11/01/2011 16:52

Yep arabella we're similar I think. I got my OPK surge the day before yesterday but no SWI as DH and I fell out over something trivial. However, I did some reading and the surge could mean I ovulated 12-48 hours of said surge so there is still time (well today). I feel a bit more in an ovulating mood (ie randy, sorry if TMI) so will jump DH later Blush I've not had any EWCM and usually get a fair bit (again TMI Grin ) which is why I'm not too concerned. Yet. Ask me again in the 2ww!

MrsB33 · 11/01/2011 15:03

hi arabella ive tested today the wait has been killing me!! I know its way to early, im due on the 18th, the test was a bfn...boohoo, but wat did i expect?? Its a cheapo ebay test too...
Not sure if i should go out a nd buy a first response test ready to test thursday?? What do you think?? Im scared, my first and last pg ended up in an mmc...

ShoopShoop · 11/01/2011 14:46

rollo thanks for adding me to the list Smile x

ShoopShoop · 11/01/2011 14:45

Hi Innocent - just been reading through some of your previous posts and can totally relate to what you say. All I dream about is babies at the moment....about being pg, giving birth, being a mum, etc. It really is all consuming. I'm only on cycle 2 and so rationally I know it's early days....but unfortunately it doesn't stop me being impatient and frustrated! Angry

I'm not temping or opk-ing at the moment, but may start after a few unsuccessful cycles. On the plus side, MrShoop is being good and doing what he's told which is a good start!! I can't remember who posted it, but the sex pest comment was brilliant.... Grin

queenrollo · 11/01/2011 14:27

Adding shoopshoop and correcting Tamashii stats.

Had a chat with DP who says we need to wait and see what the GP says and deal with any results as they happen, as we shouldn't stress ourselves about 'what ifs?' and that even if we can't have a baby together he still loves me and couldn't be happier. Smile i must have been a really good girl at some point in my life to land such a good bloke.

Sorry for all the people who fell out of September. October is the month!

Fingers crossed for all you guys - I can imagine it gets harder and harder each cycle the 2ww...

I'm only on CD 11 but already my DH is looking mighty fine....too early or not too early....not that it matters, I love it when my fertile-goggles come on!
Need to find a way to SWI this weekend I think. We will be staying with DH's parents so not the easiest thing in the world.
I'm not hopeful of my chances this month though becuase my DS has been breastfeeding so much more than usual, it really must be doing something to my hormones. I can always try though.
