Well I think after all our chatting its about time we had a new thread, as the previous one was very lucky for us, lets hope this one remains just as lucky.

Remember ladies - Our time will come, but our bodies have to be ready, and we are all here to support each other.

For those new people please feel free to check out our Stats thread, to see some info about us and leave you details if you want to.

GOOD LUCK!!!!

Think I might get some tests and do one tonight. Suspense is killing me lol

HellKat · 29/09/2005 08:50

Maddy- thanx hun. But it lasted 8 days. First 2/3 days heavy and red then on/off dark brown/pink (sorry tmi ) for 4/5 days.

mumswish · 29/09/2005 08:46

And I spose when you've got the baby in front of you all pain dissapears (all well worth it)

I'm getting so excited about all this. I've waited a year to try and I know I will be so dissapointed if it doesnt happen first time. I dont know how you girls do it. I dont know if I'll cope with loads of negatives.

Still I want my baby so if I have to try for years i will.

HellKat · 29/09/2005 08:42

Good planning Mumswish. That's the best attitude to have.
Personally, I did'nt feel my tear at all but it was only diddy (too busy pushing to notice )

maddyd · 29/09/2005 08:42

Hellkat my friend had what she thought was her short period, lasted 3 days and was light. Thought she was 5 weeks pg and then doc told her yesterday she was at least 8 weeks so was an implantation. Fingers crossed xxxx

mumswish · 29/09/2005 08:38

Morning everybody,

Hope your all okay.

CH - Never worry about upsetting me I'd rather you gave it to me straight rather than sugar-coating stuff. Dont worry I understand we may not get our sept baby (its DB thats wants that not me) I just want my baby. We were talking last night (after seeing mates baby again and him holding her) and we've decided that as from Friday we're trying (well after the af part anyway) if we get our sept baby great before is even better and after just as good so we're settled more now.

We're not going to be TTCing as such, just see if nature will do it's thing. Will be doing the TTC thing after a couple of months (give me body time to rest)

Sounds really painful to have tears inside you. I'm surprised you still want more. he he

HK - I hope it was an implantation but you're right it does sound like a short af. I'm still keeping things crossed for you though.

Morning Diddle. Hope everything is snazzy for you today.

Good luck to anyone and everyone who is testing this week.

HellKat · 29/09/2005 08:28

Lol typical eh?

Coathanger · 29/09/2005 08:25

Hasn't put me off though! I had more gas and air and more pain whilst having the stitches than whilst I was having DS3! My labour was 39 minutes but it took an hour to do my stitches!!

HellKat · 29/09/2005 08:22

Ow Ch!!!! I got off so lightly with ds1. They were going to do an episiostomy (sp?) but I pushed regardless and came out with only 4 stitches up insede where his shoulder caught me.
Poor you!!

Diddle · 29/09/2005 08:12

hehe - i'll let you off then.

Morning!!

Bubble - sorry to here AF has arrived. Perhaps next month is your month, hun

HK - as Diddle says, don't give up hope yet, be positive And that thread was ouch. I thought I had a bad time of it with DS3 - I had 30 stitches inside and out after he was born. The midwives told me that he hadn't turned after his head was born so his shoulders came out width-ways rather than lond-ways IYSWIM! OUCH!

HellKat · 29/09/2005 07:45

Told you.
Bless her though, saying at the end it was all worth it and she'd go through it all again.

Diddle · 29/09/2005 07:36

the thread about the tear made my jaw drop, ouch and double ouch.

OP posts:
Diddle · 29/09/2005 06:57

morning hellkat - stay positive there is always hope.

bubble - have read a lot about you over the past few months on various threads, and i hope you get your positive next time. I am considering trying opk's next month too.

OP posts:
HellKat · 29/09/2005 06:31

Morning all.
Were'nt those threads fab? Did you all see the one about the poor love who tore in childbirth? Ouch.
Slink- Got all my normal pg symptoms and suppose it could be implantation bleeding but really think it was just an easy af. Tmi: Bled really heavily for the first 3 days then eased off. More like a period.
Diddle- Thanks hun. I'm now starting to think it's endo playing tricks instead but still will test anyway tomorrow.
Bubble- Sorry about your bfn!
How's everyone?

bubble99 · 28/09/2005 23:00

Not lucky for me, yet, Diddle. AF turned up this evening. Oh well. CD1. Heave ho and off we go again.

I'm going to buy some OPK's and give them a go this month. My cycles are becoming erratic (certainly not erotic , BD'ing without much dancing)

Last month was 27 days and this month was 30. My last pregnancy was a twin Pg, which means that my ovulation is becoming hit, miss and double hit. I just hope I've got some eggs left.

Right, enough of my whinging. I'll try and check in during the day tomorrow to see how you're all doing.

XX

Diddle · 28/09/2005 22:21

slinkstah - we've been trying for 6 months since the last m/c, but that for me is only 4 cycles. I think you're right go for it, and relaxing after that will do you good, i think i'm too stressed about it, sex is more of a necessity now which just makes it more stressful. we must relax. i'm off to bed so night night all, speak to you tomorrow

OP posts:
slinkstah · 28/09/2005 22:13

how long have you been ttc diddle? i reckon i am going to give it all i got energy wise this month and if it doesn't work i am going to try and chill out on the whole thing and start thinking it will happen when/if it happens- although maybe easier said than done lol but on the bright side if it doesn't happen straight away at least we don't need to think about contraception :O

Diddle · 28/09/2005 21:47

oops meant will get easier, you get used to it more, it can be upsetting at first, i hope you get your positives int he next few weeks, we need more good results to keep us all going, think this thread is getting quite lucky.

OP posts:
Diddle · 28/09/2005 21:46

slinkstah - I agree i am totally impatient too, think we're all just seeing it from different prospectives. I can honestly say it won't get any easier, i burst into tears the first few months i got my negatives, but unfortunatly you get used to it. I can't wait to test this month either, onyl 2 weeks and counting, oh i'm wishing away my life.
I hope you get your positives, i really do, i just don't want to build your hopes up i knwo what its like to fall. Everything crossed for you ladies, there is no reason why you can't get your positives this month

OP posts:
slinkstah · 28/09/2005 21:31

HellKat - so what do you mean everythings pointing in the pg direction???? i am intriged sore boobs? sick? - really hope you are, you know about implantation bleeds right? maybe your af was not a real af.

i am with mumswish on the impatient thing - i will be dissapointed if i do not get pg this month but i guess thats because this is the first month of trying, i suppose its a bit of a emotional roller coaster for the people who have already been ttc for a while. i am desperate for it to be next week so i can test and i keep checking to see if my boobs hurt but nothing yet also though all the bding i reckon has given me thrush! anyone had that experience? sorry if tmi lol

Coathanger · 28/09/2005 19:43

Thanks Diddle! that was gross!

Diddle · 28/09/2005 19:34
