Aww, Maddy, I've just seen your other thread. Bleeding is REALLY common in pregnancy at any time. I had a big bleed with DS1 at 14 weeks and was convinced I had lost him, but he's here, causing mayhem!! I know I can't say anything that will stop you worrying, but please believe me when I say I am thinking of you, and praying for you and your little one. You must let us know how it goes tomorrow. Lots of love XXXX and {{{{HUGS}}}}

Coathanger · 02/10/2005 09:03

You're right Maddy, hunni, al you can do is wait, but in the mean time you can make sure you rest and keep activity to a minimum. Don't do too much and make sure you lay back and send lots of positive thought down to that beanie. I am thinking of you sweetheart. I hope everything is okay, I'm sure it is. Sending you lots and lots of {{{{HUGS}}}}, Chin up hun, and chill!

maddyd · 02/10/2005 09:01

Morning girls. Having a nightmare, woke up and bleeding. Not loads but enough. Have got an appointment at epu 1.30 tomorrow. Will be 5+5 i think. Apparently common to bleed around now but not happened to me unless miscarriage. Im surprisling calm about it although i have had a little cry. There is nothing i can do i supose but wait and rest.

Coathanger · 02/10/2005 08:56

Do you think I should test to rule that out (not 100% sure when I'm due - last month I had very, very light bleeding starting a couple of days before I came on properly - do I count from the light bleeding or the day it got heavier?)

Coathanger · 02/10/2005 08:54

Great to hear from you Lottie!! Glad your having a fabby time You lucky thing - working on your tan in October I hope you enjoy the rest of your holiday, Hun!

Well, still no sign of AF. I'm going to tell you someting now that might be a bit TMI so look away if you are of a nervous disposition!!

Still no AF but after sex last night (unproteted because I am due on next week!) I had a bleed. It was fresh red blood mixed with the "deposit"! I have got up this morning and the bleeding has stopped again. I'm really worried now. What if I've got something wrong with me. I'm afraid the smear results are going to come back with bad news What if the reason I'm bleeding like this is because I have something seriously wrong...

I have no AF pains or other symptoms, other than being a bit ratty but I've put that down to the stress I'm under at the moment.

Arrgghh!!! I just don't know what to think. What if there's something wrong with me??!! Why do I keep having these funny bleeds? The nurse who did my smear noticed blood around my cervix, I had a very light bleed a few days ago that lasted about a day, and now this !! What is going on!!!!

Lottielou · 02/10/2005 00:14

Coathanger · 01/10/2005 19:58

PMSL at dribbled a bit!!! Like an old man dribbles, or whilst your asleep!!!!!

I'm in a wierd frame of mind over this. Can't really decide if I could be or not. Odd. But I'm not getting my hopes up at all. What will be will be!

Thanks Maddy for your views How are you anyhow? Are you looking after yourself?? xxx

maddyd · 01/10/2005 15:05

Withdrawel does work well in most cases. But your dh cant help it if he dribbled a little bit

Coathanger · 01/10/2005 14:54

Your right Maddy - I would LURRRVE to be PG!!

Not sure when the deed would have been done as we are AT IT LIKE RABBITS!!! Hee-hee!! No not really but it does work back to about the time I should have OVed, so probably does work out!

I have mixed thoughts about this - I could be as it only takes 1 little tadpole, but then again, how likely is it!! Oh, I dunno! Like you said I'll just have to wait and test

maddyd · 01/10/2005 14:23

You can implant 7 - 10 days after conception {sex} so count back and work it out. Does it match?

maddyd · 01/10/2005 14:18

Coathanger, i know deep down you really really want to be pg so dont deny it girl

All you can do is wait. Im lucky never to have experienced implantation bleeds in none of my 5 pregnancies. My friend did though which meant her dates were completley wrong as she thought was an af.

So all you can do mate is wait for dear old af or TEST

Coathanger · 01/10/2005 13:42

oo-er! Its quiet on here today!

I wanted to ask you all your opinion on something. Hope someone is about to read this...

Do you remember I had my smear last week and the nurse said I had blood around my cervix? Well, I had a bit more bleeding (sorry this might be TMI so I apologise in advance) which was proper blood not pink discharge but it only lasted a day. I worked out that this has all happened at about CD19-21. Does this sound like a bedding in bleed? I have never had this before so not sure.

DH and I are not actively TTC, and are using "protection", but this "protection" doesn't go on til just before that perticular moment! Although the majority of the little swimmers are not being deposited, I am aware that some do escape before the doors are opened if you see what I mean!!

Not getting hoes up because I'm sure Af will appear at her appointed time, but I now have this little niggle at the back of my mind.

What do you think?????

Diddle · 01/10/2005 08:18

Morning All

Humphreys - hope you get lucky this month, please don't sent AF my way, she's not welcome.

Hello and goodnight ladies

Congratulations Prettybird-it really is excellent news. Please, please sort out your differences as you don't need any hassle and stress at this important time. ((xx))

V.busy day at work-have decided to come off my career break and take up a 2 day a week permanent contract-at least I'll get maternity pay now . Bet I get PG now so work will be miffed off somewhat if I start the job and announce I'm off on maternity leave-ha! I will be testing Monday 17th Oct which will be CD24.

Still got AF but hope she has sodded off by the weekend (not to any of you though!)
