Kitty Just had a quick read of the last few posts...and really wanted to offer you some advice.

I totally understand how worried you are, last year I lost three in a row...so every pain, cramp we panic!!!.

I had pain, cramps, trapped wind, you name it I had it all going on from 10 DPO up until 7 weeks...I was a nervous wreck! also because we are symptom watching we are almost waiting for something to go wrong, because of whats happened before.

All I can say is hang in there! those pains are all normal and just your body responding to the changes...as long as there is no red bleeding, and the pains come and go, you should be fine.

I know telling you to relax is pontless! as it is immposible! but please go easy on yourself and just try and rest as much as you can...in those early weeks the only time I wasn't freaking out with worry was when I was asleep! so lot's of early nights for me.

I am ten weeks today, and gradually starting to kind of relax a little bit (ish) still squeeze my boobs when I wake up just to check they are still sore!...they are sore, because I keep poking them Blush...hand in there Kitty thinking of you X.

Hello everybody else, sorry some are feeling low Sad sending virtual hugs X

Hello everyone

kitty FX this is a sticky one for you, hope you're getting on ok? x

Lychees Good luck for today, let us know how you get on. x

essence sorry to hear of your shitty time & condolences about DH's cousin, how terrible & as you say put's things into perspective. x

However having said that I am at all time low ATM. So fed up of TTC with no success whatsoever. According to CBFM AF due on Thurs & pretty sure it will arrive. I had a horrible Hogmany with DH's best friend (who's wife has recently announced she's preg) drunkardly telling me how sorry they felt for us, how they feel awkward around me & it'll be us next. He meant well but I wanted to slap him. People just do not understand how soul destroying this is. Aaaaaargh Angry
On the plus side I have my follow up at FC on Fri so hopefully they will increase my Clomid dose to 100mg and give me some encouragement!

Sorry for the me me me/down post but now it's off my chest I will try & be more positive for 2011!

Kitty I'm sorry you are feeling a bit low. It must be so hard for you right now. We all have our fingers crossed for you this time.

worththewait / carlossss Sorry to hear that you are feeling a bit down. Try not to over analyse what your DP is saying too much. Perhaps your DP is simply trying to reassure you that he loves you no matter what happens and that won't change if you can't have a baby. I am sure that he doesn't mean that he doesn't want a baby, he's just trying to put you first. I think all our DH's / DP's probably get a bit of a hard time when the "want baby NOW" hormones kick in. Whatever they say is bound to be wrong when we're feeling so emotional. I've changed your name on the stats too.

Essence I am so sorry to hear that you've had such an awful time of late. However, I raise my glass to appreciating what we do have.

Hi carlosss got to be quick as late already (groan)...hope you are ok. cramping less this morning when i woke, felt queasy when i woke in the night. just have to wait this one out. im sorry posting in here i dont find it easy in 'pregnancy' everyone is so confident about the fact that they are having a baby and when i posted about my concerns i only got two replies unlike here where everyone is kind.

worththewait · 04/01/2011 02:01

Hello and Happy New Year to you all!

Kitty - I had 2 mmc before I had DS andI remember the early weeks of my pg with DS I felt an emotional wreck with all the worry. Take each day at a time and we're here for support.

Lychees - sorry you've been ill but I'm excited for you about tomorrow! Hope all goes well and you never know, it could all work out first month!

KnackeredCow - I was also wondering about the ladies at the top of the list. I know I don't always post that regularly but I generally keep in touch across the month!

Any lurkers out there - please check in!! Hope you're ok??!

I'm now waiting for AF in about a week. It's not been a good few weeks as first of all DH had a bad throat infection just at my fertile time and then last Monday, DH's cousin was killed in a car crash. All v tragic and sad. Anyway, it does help put things in perspective and that has to be top of my list for New Years resolutions - to appreciate what I do have :)

Ilovekittyelise · 03/01/2011 18:41

good luck lychees im pretty scared, had a alot of cramping today. did that with the pregnancy i didnt miscarry but it started from implantation. im scared im going to lose another one and i dont know if being rational or not.

Lychees · 03/01/2011 18:35

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!! Hoping that 2011 brings BFPs [and sticky ones] for all of us!

Been incommunicado for a few days as I've been without internet.

Congrats, ILoveKittyElise.

I have my first monitoring scan tomorrow at 8am. I'll be shattered, too as I've had a terrible cold for the past week and have been sleeping-in most mornings. I'm still on lows on my monitor so hopefully, we should be on track for doing IUI this week. Not holding much hope for it working first time though, especially as I've been poorly.

Will catch up with the rest of the thread when I have more time. Hope you are all doing okay.

Ilovekittyelise · 03/01/2011 17:32

Hi carlosss thankyou for your kind comments i know i should try not to worry but its hard after last month. im still quite crampy; trying not to worry but its hard.

KnackeredCow · 03/01/2011 12:52

Today's stats:

carlossss have added you on. Sorry if my explanation on the TTC number was confusing. If you have one child already this means you are TTC#2, even if you want 3 DCs in total. Hope that makes sense Smile

CD24 is fine as we start from CD1 according to the monitor.

this month was the first time i tested positive early (i think 10 or 11 dpo); previously i havent - you dont start producing HCG in significant levels until after the blastocyte implants, so if you implant later you get a positive later, so not necessarily curtains for this month frootbat.

feeling a bit crampy and a bit less sick, after last month's early MC am feeling quite paranoid and keep going to the loo to check my baby hasnt fallen out Sad

fr00tbat · 03/01/2011 09:33

BFN on first response- cd33, 12dpo-should be positive by now if positive, right?
Cramping again, hot and bothered, think the witch is coming .
Sad

KnackeredCow · 02/01/2011 19:30

Fr00tbat I think my stats went awry a while ago. Fingers crossed that you get your BFP this month....

carlossss I didn't leave you out purposefully, but you haven't actually given us your details. Unfortunately, mind-reading is not one of my skills Smile The stats are updated by whoever remembers to do them and we simply add on the number of days since the last posting.

So you can give us your details, this is what the acronyms stand for:

TTC# = the DC number you are trying to conceive.
Cycle # = the total number of cycles for which you have been trying, including your current cycle
CBFM Cycle = the number of cycles for which you have been using the monitor, including your current cycle
Age = this one's obvious Smile
UCL = your usual cycle length
CD = the cycle day that you are on - if you can't remember then just turn your monitor on to check. CD 1 would be the first full day of your period.

If you can provide us with your details, someone will add you on when the stats are next updated.

fr00tbat · 02/01/2011 18:46

oh lord hope I didn't get everyone's wrong.
Going to POAS tomorrow, still off work, so can mope at home as needed, started with nausia this pm - think am now just v anxious - on ginger tea....
Will let you know tomorrow if "she" doesnt get me first Angry
