Hello another quick post going to try to go out tonight for friends bday not sure how I will manage still feeling sick and very tired but then panic if I go an hour without feeling that way. Glad you got scan appointment louey but a bit that you got a load of bumph and a free px thing I have got nothing so far hoping midwife will give me something next week on booking in appointment. Gotta go nausea back again

louey I had exactly the same problem with Cjay at the same age too, we got the thing you linked too (on the other thread) and it did work. It was a relief when he went into the next stage car seat because he never undid that one, maybe because he was a little bit older. Also we tried telling him the dangers but he just never got it at that age. Good luck xx

So far I have decided to get the book Twas the night before Christmas and read it to them on Christmas Eve.

Waves to everyone else, hope you are all ok!

GP has referred me to EPU for early scan - did not even blink when I asked. He filled the form out there and then, my mobile no is on it and it should be faxed today so hopefully next week I will get a call with an appt. Got all the bumpf that you get given and the form for free prescriptions. And got flu jab too.

I was supposed to have one yesterday at work and cancelled it when I found out I was pg as they previously said you shouldn't have it under 12 wks. Of course this year its all changed and they want all pg women to have it and pref the earlier the better. I know there were some awful stories of people last year getting flu and losing babies or being admitted to hospital in a very poorly state and I don't want to risk it. Last time I had flu I was very ill for 2wks. So GP said do you want it now, and I've killed 2 birds with one stone.

Now back to zzzz at my desk. Its a good job that I haven't got tons of work on at the moment, because I've not done a lot this week.

Barbie are you still making progress? last night was great here. 7pm-6am with ONE 20 MINUTE wakeup for milk! and that was after 4 hours of nap yesterday. Sleep begets sleep!

Mermaid How's the renovation coming? We're still looking into having our downstairs toliet and ensuite done. Lots of ££ which DH finds difficult but it'll be worth it.

Well I power walked to school this morning, but only because we were late, then lazily walked back and Ajay is still asleep all cosied up in his buggy and muff, (it is called a muff isn't it?).

MLS got a GP appt tomorrow. Will ask him to refer me to EPU. I phoned EPU yesterday to check their protocol and they said he just needs to fax through my details to them and then they would contact me. Hopefully should get a scan around 7wks. Don't worry, I'm going to stop testing now Glad that DD1 is being so sweet

Louey dd1 is being lovely to dd2, really gentle & cuddly. Sorry if you've already said this but are you going to be able to have a scan at 7 weeks? I remember those early days of constantly doing test upon test just to check the line etc, it's a real headf**k.

MLS please don't apologise - I think we all realise that you have just a little on your plate at the moment . Tube strike today and I've decided to "work" from home. Would have to walk approx 40 mins each way for part of the journey and I'm so knackered already that I think it would just finish me off. Nausea has been pretty bad last couple of days. Did my last digi test last night and it said 3+ so hcg is definitely going up.

Hello ladies so so SO sorry for going AWOL. Please don't think that now I've given birth I'm going to abandon you all - nothing could be further from the truth. You have all helped me through the darkest days of my life so I'm going nowhere & as one of you wise ones once said, we are all here until every last one of us has had a baby.

I've not been able to catch up properly, the lovely Neeko has been keeping me abreast of what has been going on.

Louey - YAY girl! Yes I did happen to peek at your chert the day you had your bfp & I sent Neeko a text in a fluster saying I didn't have time to check the thread & I didn't know if it was common knowledge or not!

LBM sorry little babybelle is poorly. I hope she is recovering well, give her a big kiss from me.

BQ phew, so relieved for you & in the nicest possible way, I'm glad you are feeling so sick!

My girls are fine, thanks to everyone who's been asking. Dd2 has been keeping me on my toes but touch wood she seems to have figured out her night from her day. She's also starting to settle in her moses basket at night (rather than in bed with me) - I just need to start getting her to space out the time between feeds & stop her using me as a dummy. Tomorrow my goal is to have 20 seconds spare in the morning (without a baby on my arms) to be able to weigh myself!

Has anybody else lost their pics on their profile?? I had loads on mine but suddenly they are not there.

Right off to bed as I'll be woken up for a feed in approx an hour & 15 mins.

Goodness, I feel so sad for Lily Allen :( can't imagine going through that in the media spotlight. Poor, poor girl :(

4ever love the new pics! Jude is also constantly blowing raspberries it's hilarious!! He can sit up for a few minutes if he's holding onto his feet too- so cute!

barbie Jude's sleep is a lt better thanks.. since doing pupd he goes off to sleep like a dream at bedtime. For naps we put on his musical light show cot thing that he stares at and then drifts off to sleep :) His wakings are still hit and miss- some night lots of wakings and lots of crying, some nights just one so hard to say really.

MLS hope you and your girls are doing ok. Is dh back at work?

We start swimming lessons tomorrow :) My dad is over for the day so is gonna take some piccies.

Don't worry barbie had already heard about it on the radio. I feel absolutely wretched for her. Apparently she had a viral infection the week before, I wonder if that had anything to do with it.
