queenrollo in an attempt to help you not get your hopes up: I had the world's most sore (sorest??) boobs last month. We were on holiday and I could barely tolerate wearing my bra. But BFN all the same. No idea what was going on there.

RugbyWidow7 · 03/12/2010 16:22

aghhh stupid computer -

Huge congrats aurorasky - that's such fab news!! And welcome Northeastmummy.

Well I have a confession to make, similar to yours Mrsden. I too got out of the house today for the first time in days. I headed into town. Boots has a 2-4-1 deal on First Response tests...so I bought two! Blush Maybe getting slightly ahead of myself I think. Oops.

I have been having all sorts of random pains all over my body - which of course, I'm classifying as symptoms. I think I may be going slightly mad here!

Good luck to those who are nearly test-ready!

queenrollo · 03/12/2010 15:50

i can't test, because i don't have any in the house. The earliest I will get near a shop now to buy one is Monday.....

mrsden · 03/12/2010 15:41

I'm trying so hard not to get my hopes up too. AF is due tomorrow assuming I have my usual 30 day cycle but I do sometimes have 35 day cycles so really I know I should hold off testing until Wed. And as long as I haven't tested and AF hasn't turned up I have a little bit of hope. I am going to feel totally crushed this month if I'm not pregnant.

I managed to get out in the snow today, and guess what I did? Went and bought a pregnancy test (actually two, a superdrug one and a clearblue one). Now all I've got to decide is which one to try first Grin

Oh, and my boobs are sore now. But they always are a few days before AF so I really shouldn't let this get my hopes up.

Is anyone going to test tomorrow?

queenrollo · 03/12/2010 15:06

10dpo here and today my boobs hurt I rolled onto my front in my sleep last night and the pain woke me up.
Much more painful than my normal pre-AF tenderness. I am trying really hard to wait until next weds to test, but am obviously getting my hopes up now Xmas Hmm
I'm going to be really miserable next week if i get AF instead of BFP. I'm trying to think of the positives. AF next week will mean i can drink my Christmas booze and eat pate and soft cheese.Xmas Grin I'd still rather have a BFP and a sober christmas though.

Surely i'm not the only one who has to tell myself to STOP GETTING YOUR HOPES UP.

Eskarina · 03/12/2010 14:56

I know, I know. Just hate being on the 2WW! Plus am ill and bored at home.

Teds77 · 03/12/2010 14:36

Congrats aurorasky lovely to have another BFP Xmas Grin

Sorry AF got myweeangel and izzywizzy - best of luck for 'power babies' in September Smile

Not much to report here. Munching on vitamins and health food and am living on one cup of coffee a day which is frankly amazing for me... the organic fairtrade rosehip hibiscus infusions are proving a struggle... Glass of wine anyone?

Only 2.5 hours till the office shuts due to weather...

littlemisslozza · 03/12/2010 13:49

I wouldn't bother just yet, the HCG levels rise very rapidly in early pregnancy but I doubt they'd be enough to show up at 7dpo! Good luck.

Eskarina · 03/12/2010 10:58

Grin congrats aurasky

Littlemiss I probably will test before I go for the scan. Can I get away with doing it now do you think Hmm It's 7DPO, surely it'd have got on with it by now Grin

mrsden · 03/12/2010 10:28

Congratulations aurorasky, excellent news. It's about time we had some BFP's for this bus.

Still no symptoms for me and AF due tomorrow. I am not going to test, I am not going to test, I am not going to test.

buttonmoon78 · 02/12/2010 23:12

Don't do it HmRo. You just know that they can't be very accurate as the ones from 4 days pre period are not accurate at all. Don't put yourself through the disappointment!

HmRo · 02/12/2010 23:06

Hi,
Been feeling sort of queasy for 5 day - not due AF till 10th Dec, so feels like an age to waitConfused
what does the bus think of the testers that can be used 6 days pre AF due date Hmm
congrats to all the BFP's Xmas Smile

jaggythistle · 02/12/2010 21:47

Hey all, sorry I have been a bit rude sitting on this bus with my headphones in.

Been a busy couple of weeks, haven't got time to read and catch up but congratulations to the ladies with BFPs and good luck on the next bus for those getting off the bus. (I will probably see you there soon!)

9dpo now, not much confidence for this cycle as SWI derailed by DS having a cold and teething at the same time, he's been up loads

doesn't stop me symptom spotting and maybe even overlaying this cycle's chart on FF with the one from 2 years ago when DS was conceived Blush Felt too queasy to finish a glass of wine last night Shock and a bit odd after dinner today, but probably just ate too much Grin

Definitely no early testing, waiting to see if AF is actually late. Even though last BFP was 11dpo...

mslk · 02/12/2010 21:44

sorry AF got you Izzy

congrats aurorasky

keep hanging in there KLou

Fingers crossed for all those still in 2ww

KLou111 · 02/12/2010 21:43

....and welcome to northeastmummy :)

PS, I couldn't tell you how many huge spots I have had in the last week!! And got 3 boils under my skin, on my chin, desperately applying the tiger balm to get rid so they don't grow any more, which I've not had for years!!

KLou111 · 02/12/2010 21:40

Sorry aurorasky totally missed your BFP. CONGRATS to you!! Hoping to join you with a glass of (virtual) champers :)

aurorasky · 02/12/2010 21:38

Oh OOh... queenrollo I have a spot on my chin too!! Didn't really think about it even though it is unusuall, hope you can put yours down to pregnancy hormones too x

aurorasky · 02/12/2010 21:35

Thanks Littlemiss, and Buttonmoon I'm loving the virutal champers!

Also to all those with no symptoms, I have none except period type pains and a sudden aversion to hot chocolate. Don't feel pregnant at all

queenrollo · 02/12/2010 21:34

DP just hugged me and I had to pull away as it really hurt my boobs. This is not really a symptom to get excited about as i usually feel sore in the week before AF arrives......and i have a huge painful spot on my chin so now i'm thinking that i'm more likely to get AF next week than a BFP Sad

These last few days of the 2ww are hell aren't they? I just want to fast forward to next weds so i know either way.

northeastmummy · 02/12/2010 21:34

Hello everyone - can I jump on this bus? It might only be a short journey as AF due today. No sign yet so I'm keeping everything crossed! A bit early to be getting too excited ... my AF is very, very unpredictable.

KLou111 · 02/12/2010 21:16

So sorry mslk, myweeangel and getdown for AF coming :(

Nothing more happening here. AF still not here but BFN this morning. Will test again Saturday if the red witch is still not here. We have carried on SWI every 3 day so little swimmers should be in there if OV'd late.

Been all crampy dull feeling for the last week or so, also dizzy when get up too quick, so not sure if reading into things.

Rugbywidow I'd perhaps say you were on antibiotics for your night out. We're out this Saturday with friends and that's what I'm going to say (for an ear infection as they can't see in my ears lol!)

Welcome aboard HMRO hope this bus is lucky for you.

buttonmoon78 · 02/12/2010 21:16

virutal? virutal?

My champagne's obviously gone to my head...

buttonmoon78 · 02/12/2010 21:16

Oh how lovely! Of course you can come!

Let's hope this signals the start of a run of positives!

littlemisslozza · 02/12/2010 21:10

Woo hoo! Another BFP! Congratulations aurorasky
