Hello girlies,
Just back from a surprise baby shower
It was supposed to be a surprise for the mother to be (DH's sis) but it was also a surprise for me as clueless DH didnt know it was a baby shower unitl a couple of hours before hand (he said he thought it was just "a lunch" -
men!) So I had to sprint round getting and wrapping a present, making the whole family presentable and digging out the camera. Luckily all the rushing around meant that I didnt have any time to worry about whether it would make me feel sad or not, and it all was all over quite quick. So Phew!, thats that done with at least.
chocky hope that nasty bug disappears soon and you start feeling better. xx
Pink, temp jumps are exciting arent they? I know what you mean about charting making you feel all proactive. I credit it for helping me identity my current problem, if I hadnt been able to identify ovulation I would still be letting doctors fob me off telling me to wait a bit longer for my cycles to come back. If you want to share your chart I'm happy to over analyse it with you.
apples good news about the scan! I'm glad for you
My appointment with the gyne is on Tuesday, I am starting to get nervous about it already. I dont know when doctors appointments became such huge scary ordeals for me, but each one has a three day stress build up before hand and then it takes about a week to wind down from the news after! Exhausting!
Jamface I would definitely keep up the SWI if I were you. I think OPK's have a downside in that they can give you a false sense of security and make you stop SWI too soon. The instructions say ov is 12-36 hours after the positive but this is not guaranteed. Stress, ill health, travel, exercise can all delay ov for days. So remember you have detected an LH surge, but you havent detected ovulation, so dont stop the SWI! (if you want you can use temping or cervix checking to know when to stop)
wonderif sorry for your loss. I remember your name from other threads too, hello again. Make yourself at home here, these ladies are all so lovely and supportive, hope they help you as much as they have helped me. P.S. Hope it is implantation! xx
Nix pretty interesting symptoms there... FX for you xxx
