Hi, I thought I was doing well with the 2WW, I hadn't even bought any tests and was going to wait until wed to test. BUT, last night when pms pains struck, I went for a search and found some hidden first response tests so did one last night and the other this morning and no surprises both BFN.

I am now 12 DPO and trying to resign myself to the fact that I am most likely not pregnant this month :(. On top of that I am very moody which isn't probably fair on DH. Hope everyone is having better day than I am. Hopefully today will get better it's only 2pm!!

KLou111 · 24/10/2010 10:19

This is my second bus... I used OPK this time and got my positive 'surge' this morning so fingers crossed :-) So its that long 2ww for me again! Fingers crossed to everyone else on the bus!

KLou111 · 23/10/2010 18:05

oh no fledtoscotland sorry you're not feeling very well, but it may be a good thing, here's hoping that the BFN result was wrong.

I'm not feeling well either, but it's cos of a stinking cold. Hubby thought it would be a good idea to get me out for a walk along the beach yesterday to try and get some fresh air and clear it (??), but I think it made it worse.

Hate this time of year. Come on all, bring us some good news in this crap weather time :)

fledtoscotland · 23/10/2010 16:09

Hello all

Feel crap today to put it bluntly. Had stomach cramps first thing this morning but still have this weird pulsing in my tummy that i only get in early pregnancy. Feel sick every morning but had a BFN this morning.

Really did think AF was on her way thus morning but not now

Is my mind making up symptoms?????

KLou111 · 23/10/2010 12:37

Thanks emmylou for the grapefruit tip. It obviously worked for you!!!

Will have to go and get some. Do you have to get the pure stuff or can I use concentrate? How much do you drink and when? Sorry bout all the questions lol!!!

Have a great weekend all xx

GetDownYouWillFall · 23/10/2010 09:11

Hi there eskarina!! Can't get an appointment till november 1st which is annoying... not classed as "urgent".

ravenlocks · 23/10/2010 08:50

Choco fwiw I don't think you should be worried that you haven't ovulated. You had a chemical pg this cycle, didn't you? I have heard that AF after a CP is lighter than normal (although not sure I understand why that would be). So maybe it is just that? Sorry you have had a tough cycle.

Eskarina · 23/10/2010 08:48

Morning all.

Congrats to emmylou I've had no EWCM this month (and rarely do) so if AF gets me I shall be straight off to get EPO. I have EP scented handcream, do you think that counts? Grin

Queenrollo so sorry about your dog. It's heartbreaking to lose a pet, and I've never had one for nearly that long. I do remember one of the few times I've seen my dad cry was when he set out to drive his beloved dog to the vet for the last time. I was about 10 at the time.

to Getdown Nice to see you back. Have you been to the Dr yet? They might reassure you about fluctuating symptoms and inaccuarate tests [naive faith in NHS emoticom]

ravenlocks · 23/10/2010 08:36

On edge of my seat morayrose, did you test?

LadyGoneGaga · 23/10/2010 08:23

Don't worry Getdown, you wouldn't have increasing symptoms if things were not moving in right direction. It's a horrible, nerve wracking time though. Good to hear from you. I'm only on cd9 here and spotting only just gone really. So the campaign starts anew! Don't notmally ov til about cd21 so a while to wait but getting the practise in just in case early (I conceived DS from a SWI on cd10!)

Good luck to all those on the 2WW!

GetDownYouWillFall · 23/10/2010 08:06

Hi all! Just checking in again to wish you all luck, and to cheer on those on the 2ww. It's agonising isn't it?

I freaked myself out yesterday by doing the other CB digital test, and it still said only 1-2. Should be 2-3 by now.... was then a bit miserable for the rest of the morning thinking perhaps HCG levels were not rising.

But found lots of threads on here of people saying the same and it seems they are notoriously unreliable. So feeling a bit better now!

Also feeling noticably nauseous now, which is encouraging!

take care all, hope you get that BFP soon x

goldmaple · 23/10/2010 02:21

queenrollo very sorry to hear about your pup:(

Congrats emmylou!!

ravenlocks would LOVE to announce pg at christmas but will only be 8 wks by then (who am I kidding, I doubt I'll be able to keep it a secret - from close family - for that long!)

TMI: Lots of EWCM here!! Yay! can't SWI until tomorrow but Hopefully temps will shoot up in next couple days!

Brasso4 · 22/10/2010 22:20

Evening all, so sorry to hear about your dog queenrollo.

Having some crampy feelings here so fairly convinced that AF is on her way, will test on Sunday if not arrived by then - playing hockey tomorrow and don't want to know if I am pregnant before then Wink

Have a cold too which is a bit miserable.

Good luck to anyone else testing this weekend!

Congrats to emmylou and fx for moray and anyone else testing...

Queenrollo so sorry to hear about your dog, we had to have our beloved dog put to sleep a month ago too. He was almost 14 too and very very poorly, so it was the right thing to do, but its still absolutely heartbreaking isn't it? Sad

MrsP81 · 22/10/2010 18:20

Congrats emmylou, fingers crossed it will be a sticky one.

I'm so sorry to hear about your dog queenrollo, big hugs to you.

I'm due to ov around about now and having some crampy feelings that tie up with that.

Looking forward to hearing your news morayrose!

Have fab weekends ladies.

KnitterNotTwitter · 22/10/2010 16:34

queenrollo so sorry to hear about your dog, sending you a huge hug...

Morayrose can't wait for your news - although are you sure you want to test tonight - you're more likely to get a good reading from your first wee of the morning... just a thought...

AF is just wandering off here. I've worked out that I'm probably going to be away when i ovulate next weekend so I'm not holding out much luck for me this bus now :(

ravenlocks · 22/10/2010 15:55

Hi everyone,

Phew! Just caught up on 6 pages of the bus. So fab to see so many lovely new passengers and getdown as a grad. Congrats and good luck emmylou. So sorry about your dog, queenrollo.

Over here I am on the 2WW, don't actually know when exactly I ovulated this month but I am pretty sure it was either last Thurs/ Fri or Sat. I told myself absolutely no charting this month and much less obsessing - and that is why I haven't been reading or posting all that much. BUT I couldn't resist a sneaky pee on a OPK stick on Thursday last week and got a positive. So I am either 6,7 or 8 DPO. Managed to DTD most days of the fertile window, apart from one. I am feeling quite optimistic, but not sure why. I actually feel pretty optimistic each month, wonder how long that will last!?

Just logged onto facebook for the first time in a while and one of my friends is commenting on her (unborn) baby kicking, 2 are commenting on how proud they are of their little ones sleeping through the night/ taking their injections well and one has announced the arrival of their first and launched about 50 phtots of a newborn on their page. I guess this is just the stage in life I am at, but does feel a bit like my nose is being rubbed in it a bit!

Wouldn't it be so nice to have a July baby and annouce pg at Christmas to RL friends and family??

Morayrose what is the news????

KLou111 · 22/10/2010 15:54

Well, apparently according to online ovulation calculators I am in my most fertile period now.

As I have only had one post-pill-period, I can only go off my 1st month cycle length.

I hope that pain in my belly, that is slightly still there, is something good:)

Greeneyesbigbottom · 22/10/2010 14:17

queenrollo MASSIVE ((((hugs)))))

I'm so sorry. I know how much my fur baby means to me and as much as you try to prepare yourself its heartbreaking.xxxx

emmylou a faint line IS a line! Congratulations Grin

Teds77 · 22/10/2010 13:35

Lots of huges queenrollo Sad Sad Sad

Congrats Emmylou have fingers and toes crossed for you and for morayrose's test this evening.
