Actually after a weekend of general binging a fry up at the lovely cafe down the road, quick pint at lunchtime and home cooked roast beef dinner has sorted me out. Am craving chocolate now but neither of us can be bothered to get out of slouchy clothes and go to the shop!

For me ERTD has wandered off again so we've been SWIing once again. Am a little concerned that it was very light and only 4 days but hoping that's not a bad sign. If my cycle really has settled now, I'll be OVing around 14th so will be practising this week for some proper SWIing the following week. Am actually quite excited that I could have a relatively predictable 2ww this month!

I am waiting the arrival of ERTD, I have sore boobs but that is normal, oh and been very emotional! had huge row with DH today and not really seen him as he has been in the pub , as his answer is always to just walk out. All over him keeping me up last night with his snoring! God knows how he would cope with a baby!

Been watching midwife progs for hours this afternoon, sounds bit obsessive but I have always had an interest in midwifery!

I've had one of those hangovers that seems to get worse as the day progresses, not better. Keep having brief moments when I feel alive and then back to the living dead. Now feeling guilty that I've wasted a precious weekend day feeling yuck. Still DP's sister and gorgeous nephew popped round for a bit this afternoon and it was lovely to watch DP play hide and seek with him in the garden. So cute. Did leave me wanting to scream "I want one, where's mine?" though. Will I ever be able to see other people's children without having that reaction?

Thanks garden! very hard trying not to think about it but I guess it just is a time will tell type thing. And omg what a random and horrible end to your evening! Completely and utterly reasonable to ask guests not to smoke in your home - and frankly even if it wasn't, if you are a guest in someone's house and they ask you to do/ not to do something you either shut up and do it or make your polite excuses and leave! Lanky how do you like your new hood? Mr G and I have almost finished doing our kitchen and it was just horrendous seeing how much everything was going to cost. My favourite was the boiler man - "well, I could fit you a boiler for £2k but it wouldn't last more than a year," Oh? A year? Hmmmm, let me think about that ... do I want a boiler that is going to pack up in twelve months? On balance, I think maybe let's investigate some other options shall we? Grrrrr

Bit of an odd weekend in the Garden household. 'Twas Mr G's birthday on Friday and we had a lovely dinner and dancing sesh at a jazz club nearby. Then we spent some time yesterday being hungover; and then had some people round last night too. It was mostly lovely but the last person to leave suddenly turned into a drunken monster around 1 and started laying into me for being controlling because I asked him not to smoke in the house. I almost posted an AIBU thread to see if most people expect to be able to light up in someone else's home ...

Mr G being very supportive and apparently this chap is well known for drunken awfulness. Bit shocked though as he was really insulting and horrid. Fortunately I wasn't drunk or he may have ended up with a large rolling pin up his @rse.

But on the up side, one of our friends is a consultant and I was talking to him about TTC (he brought it up first so I didn't feel too bad about talking to him about medical stuff out of hours) and he said it's totally normal to ov later than CD14 on clomid so that made me feel more relaxed about everything.

And, despite hangovers, we've been managing some SWI-ing. Fingers crossed!

Wedding was good but exhausting - up at five and then whole day of events ending with dancing till one. I am shattered.

POAS'd when I got home as I am addicted just to check and it was clearly BFN. Second one had very very very faint line that appeared after the time had elapsed. I have no more wee left (sorry if TMI) for my final First Response (which gave me a BFP on Fri). Trying to be chilled out about it, according to pregnology am only 3 weeks 5 days in, so v v v v early days. Will try not to think about it and use the First Response tomorrow morning.

Sorry for self obsessed post, hope all had good weekends (and better than Colleen Rooney - toria I agree with you that, if its true, what a tosser Wayne is) hope to catch up properly soon

Well I'm still at the tennis club. Played 2.5 hours this morning and have a league match at 3 so decided to hang around until that. I'm completely unfit at the moment so this could be painful tomorrow!

My kitchen budget was also insane, we weren't planning to touch it but got here and realised the previous owner was actually a complete twat bit of a DIY cowboy and the list of jobs became five months of work rather than the anticipated four weeks. It's now cream and terracotta and has my great grandmother's fifties Kenwood Chef on a shelf insead of hidden away

I had a hen do last night although feeling surprisingly good this morning considering the amount of cocktails consumed. I also learnt to make a few with a very gorgeous brazilian barman!
DH seems a lot better and we have managed quite a lot of SWI in last few days so hoping we haven't lost our chance this month.

Evil congratulations on ERTD (not something we say around here very often) I had a 50 something day cycle and that was stressful enough so it must have been awful waiting and waiting for the length of time you had to. Hopefully your cycles will start to settle down now.
