Oooooooo keeping my fingers well and truly crossed you 2!

Well, got my scan date, it's this Friday, can't wait.

Also found out Saturday night when we told our close friends I was pregnant (who started trying a month after us) that she is also pregnant!! Due 4 days after me! Coincidence or what???

Bit odd as she and he didn't actually seem too excited, I even had to ask if they were. It may be because they haven't had a scan and she's not booked in to have one til she's 13 weeks, so until then, I don't think they're letting themselves get too excited.

I was a bit gutted too, as they didn't seem overly excited about us being pregnant either, even though we showed them our early scan and me a DH are so excited about us being pregnant. We were a bit pissed off if I am totally honest. I know it sounds a bit off, but it was almost as if they were envious, which they shouldn't be at all.

We told a few of our other friends too and they were screaming with excitement, which was the reaction I was expecting lol! DH told one friend in the car, and he slammed the brakes on to congratulate him and give him a handshake (I wasn't there, they were on the way to the pub to meet a friend that already knew, who also has a habit of letting things accidentally slip, so he had to tell him in the car).

So I am a bit gutted really that the 2 friends that we actually thought would be the most pleased, we ended up leaving their house with a 'fuck em' attitude :(

It feels a bit like pre AF cramps but its far too early. I'm only on CD22 and mine are normally 27. Feel better today though so who knows!

Hi Madkatz im ok, a little crampy too and have sore boobs but i always get it from OV, im only 7 dpo so still a few more days till AF due.Do you feel the same as last cycle or are the cramps different?

Sorry,missed you off Gruff, glad your scan went lovely. Bet it's beginning to sink in a bit more now. I keep saying to DH that I am still really worried there's nothing in there even though we saw a heartbeat. I guess, until you start getting a bump, and physically seeing your body change, it doesn't quite register!

Re here, no symptoms or anything, I wouldn't actually know I was pregnant at the moment except the constant wanting to eat and wee!!!! I have gone from no appetite, to not being able to stop. And fruit gums.....GOD I LOVE FRUIT GUMS!! I have had 3 large bags in 4 days!! DH trying to get me to stop eating them as he says if I carry on I'll have no teeth left in 7 months!!

Got my scan date through Saturday for yesterday, but we're not at home. Think they went off my original dates, as I would have been 11 weeks Tuesday, but I was only 10 weeks. Hoping scan is next week now. Can't wait to see more of a baby shape this time :)

Thank you, sadly AF arrived yesterday afternoon 3 days late and is making up for lost time.

Oh well, it meant I could have a drink and I knew what was happening.

On to the next cycle....

Not wanting to be greedy or anything but twins would be good, there is an 8 year gap already so it would be nice to have 2 to be friends and I don't think I could go through all this again if I managed to conceive

Eaglewings don't give up hope just yet. I got a BFN and spotted the first month that I was preg with this bean. Was convinced I wasn't preg and nearly threw the second test in the bin as the result was sooo faint. Thinking of you.

but things cant be so bad that you wasted costa coffee!!!! only joking, i am the same, i used to have medio latte, but just cant face it now, i could drink coffee till it came out of my ears, but really cant stomach it now

I got a BFN this morning, also spotted slightly yesterday, this could be the longest month ever :(

Yesterday I was in Costa and saw 3 babies under a month old, that was lovely. I was also unable to drink my coffee as I was feeling so sick... I wish I knew what my body was up to. Maybe its being 42

hi all - scan today went really well. Only one baby (hurray!) and good strong heartbeat etc. I've been moved back to 12+6 (instead of 13+2) but I knew that anyway as I knew when I ov'ed. V much relieved after the early bleeding I had.
