Well I'm still on & off bleeding - bled to much recently that I've prob made up for all those months when I didn't in the past. Scan showed nother abnormal - PCOS the same as it was so I think it must be hormonal. The weight loss stopped once the bleeding kept continuing! Waiting for scan results to reach GP & see what my next step is!

Part one done, went this morning, signed form to say that they had told me what they were supposed to (worst case scenarios and all that jazz. Good ones too, bleed heavily and need a transfusion, go horibly wrong and need hysterectomy, jolly stuff!) Swallowed a pill, went to shop for food, collected ds, came home.

Nothing, nada, rien, nichts, zilch, nowt. But my reckoning is that it has been in there for 5 weeks now since it ceased to be, so I think that the major drugs are going to be required to shift it!

The dreaded 40 really was a count down clock (for me anyway). Almost 42 now, (have 19yr old also!!) And a 3 & 2. MMC in May and didnt want that to be my last 'failed' one.

Yes I have other children, 2 x ds's (19 & 21!) and dd who is 4. Dh also has a 12yr old. Dd is "ours"!! I'll be 40 soon , so it's kind of now or never.....
