Never heard that starting periods young, but do seem to think rightly or wrongly (pls let it be wrongly!) that you only have a certain number eggs and then that's it .

Well I've just spent the evening sewing in name tags to dd's uniform, she starts school on the 13th . Done a shed load of gardening today!! Pruning is very therapeutic, but not sure the bushes would agree lol. Been a nice sunny day here (hampshire),nice and warm but def has that autumnal feel to it.

Ooh read on a thread the other day that if you started your periods at an early age then that makes your ovaries & eggs old!!! That sunk me even further into the pit cos I was 11 when I got my first!!!!! Anyone heard this before?

Sorry I've been such a crap poster lately, I've been in the pit , and it wasn't even ertd!! Everything just got to me a bit, ok quite lot. Lots of pg friends and sil's, and sil with newish baby, and it's a bit hard atm for some reason.......but then you'll all know how I feel! Plus, I turn bloody 40 next month, I can literally feel my ovaries shrivelling I swear.

Anyway, I'm cd 20/21 now, so on the 2ww. Stupid symptoms include ridiculously sore and swollen tits, achey/crampy belly on and off, a bit of darkish brown discharge the other and just being a bitch as usual. Swear I had all these symptoms last month though. I've re-joined slimming world, so can't even stuff my face with crisps, chocoloate and wine

Lou thats the cookbook I have been using!! The meatballs, spag bol, sweet and sour pork and chicken stroganoff have all been very tasty, although I did cheat a bit with ds and put mini sausages in the S&S pork for him! He liked he others tho. Quite easy to follow the recipes though and far more tasty than most of my usuals!!!!!

Sorry to all those in the pit. I am feeling better mostly at the moment, even got a cookbook out to cook some new tasty meals as I was bored with my cooking!

Although I did have an irrational moment yesterday when I chucked the blue plastic bag that the midwife gave me with all the crap useful information in, into the wheelie bin. Then thought why am I crying, it is a PLASTIC BAG!!!!

Am allegedly trying to loose weight. Went for a walk for an hour last night, then came home and dh fed me maltesers! No fair, I had to eat them!! (did have a bit more exercise later tho!!)

Lou it's my birthday next week I will be 33 on Sunday (classed as an older mum to be on my records) and going to Scotland for a week on Monday.

All of dds stuff is sorted for school just got to sew on the name tags without throwing up! Might need a shot or two as I'm crap at sewing always end up stabbing myself.

Really intrested in all this talk of dampness, how does it affect ttfc, I never felt too damp myself, only when someone got preggers ( without trying poked it in once give it a waggle and hey presto ) and asked me why I was leaving it so long to have no 2!

So I'm CD14 and should be ov-ing at some point in next few days. Had a bit of SWI action last night and will jump DH again next few nights. Definitely won't be beating the shag-tastic nother this month.

Off on hols next Tuesday so might actually have some SFF

We went visiting and while sitting on a cream sofa, I noticed a brown sploge of leaked baby poo. I was terribly embarrassed

But loose covers are brill! Straight into the washing machine and no-one suspected anything!

I've found its not just little boys who widdle on the bathroom floor. All men do! (or splash the wall)
