Liaaaaaaaaa!!!! Hello! Hope that the nausea at random times reduces until its gone! (the nausea that is, not your dinner!) Did you know that Billy Connelly said something about diced carrots, and that it wasn't the drink that made you sick, there was a pervert going round feeding drunk people diced carrots and that was what made you sick! (he said it better than that though!!)

Sorry you missed the sambuccas, I would offer you some whisky but it would have to be virtual as dh has drunked it all!

Pleased you are doing well!Smile

liahgen66 · 04/10/2010 17:55

Hiya ladies,

Nice to see you, just thought I'd pop down the park, see how you're all getting on, didn't give me a shout for the sambuco's now did ya? supposed to be me mates? Grin

northern YEY, well done you, fingers crossed for a quick and very boring 8 months for you. :)

lou day 29 today? Wink any news?

lemon glad your little lady is active and well. Less than half way to go now :)

harassed test test test Grin

Coming up to 16 wks Thursday and after weeks and bloody weeks of constant nausea, now I've started throwing up at random times, whats that all about. (TMI alert) halfway through my yummy jacket potato and beans yesterday and may as well have just thrown it straight down the loo, didn't even have time to change into carrots :)Still I did feel better for a couple of hours after. Light at the end of the tunnel and all that.

Right, back to feeding poor starving children.

:)

NOTHEROLDIE · 04/10/2010 16:37

Loujalou · 04/10/2010 08:05

UmBongo · 03/10/2010 23:46

I think we have managed about 4-5 all month, so there will be no bfp from here. I have been ok this few weeks, although a bit dodgy for the last couple of days, with a definite tendency towards pmt! SWI not too bad, only 2nd month back after a few months off thinking i was pg! Only prob is a hubby who is working too hard, so will have to mention something next month. One of the main causes of babies is SEX!!!! (as well as relaxing as we all know!Biscuit

Loujalou · 03/10/2010 20:55

FiveAlive missed you chick. Hope all is well and the SWI is not too dull.

UmBongo · 03/10/2010 20:09

Oh WOW Congrats Oldie a BFP about bloody time - told you I would read up!

UmBongo · 03/10/2010 09:42

I'v just had to check back on here to see when my last rtd was. 4th sept, so what I currently have are definitly rtd symptoms, not anything more interesting. Sorry to be missing for a while will read up later!

Loujalou · 01/10/2010 13:27

biccie my lover. I won't tell you how many times I have googled implantation bleed after the same thing happened to me. Must be my top search. Sending you virtual hugs. Xxx

Bicnod · 01/10/2010 13:12

Oh arse :(

TMI alert, look away now if you're feeling squeamish...

...just went for number 2 and after when I wiped up front had a bit of pinky/red mucus. I'm on CD 23 and now I'm going to spend the next 5 days convincing myself that it is implantation bleeding and not my AF rearing it's ugly head. The thing you need to know is that the exact same thing happened last month and RTD came along on CD28, right on schedule, so I've clearly not won baby bingo this month, but I'm still going to be hanging onto a teeny tiny shred of hope. Why oh why oh why do we do it to ourselves?

NOTHEROLDIE · 01/10/2010 12:31

PANTS I tested early but got a neg, SO give it a few days then test again.

I know what you mean about sore boobs :(

harassedinherpants · 01/10/2010 12:17

Lou nurse sounds lovely!!

I tested this morning (cd26 of 28 day cycle) and got a bfn. I only tested early as we're out tonight and I want some guilt free vodka lol! I have no RTF or prg symptoms though. It's very odd that my boobs are mine, because normally at this time of the month I'm shrieking at dh and dd for hugging me too tight. Have a crampy tummy though.

Loujalou · 01/10/2010 10:10

FairyG oh that is where I have gone wrong. You need to shag. Bugger. Will try next month.

Lovely nurse said if we were only going to have sex at one point in the month make sure its when you are ovulating. Like her style. When I told her I don't like knowing how much I weigh she said I didn't need to look and she felt the same.

Lemon - my dh is a toy boy! 5 years younger than me at 35. Quite old to be boxing, but it's something he's always wanted to do. I approve of people who follow their dreams and don't just talk about them! Oh and he's not the boys dad lol. Having a 21yr old at 35 is the height of chaviness!!!!!

The closest I'm going to get to Katie Price......well having a dh that boxes I suppose lol.

Biccie Me neither luv! I've got a friend who's just started uni training as a nurse. She did a year of college first. She loves it!!

Fairygodmother1 · 30/09/2010 21:28

Lou I used to go Hammersmith loads in my late teens & early 20s!!!!

Youngie Obviously not chav enough...no fair. My youngest cousin is 29 years younger than me but my uncle is only 12 years older than me so lots of age gaps here too!

Who was it with the pompoms??? They obviously work...or shall we stick to trying to catch baby germs (or flu from hanging round the park on cold winter nights?)

xx

Bicnod · 30/09/2010 19:47

OMG OMG OMG!!! Congratulations Youngie!!! GrinGrinGrinEnvyGrinGrin

That is such amazing news - I'm going to rub myself up against you just in case it's catching Wink

Louja - fingers crossed for cancellation, what an arse to have to wait so long :( at least you're on the conveyor belt now.

Lemony - never had sambuca?! Seriously?! That is actually slightly criminal.

I'm CD22 and pretty sure I'm not up the duff :( On the upside, I wrote my supporting statement for applying to train as a nurse yesterday. Just getting it checked by some pals and then I'll be able to send it off. Very excited.

Icedlemonmuffin · 30/09/2010 18:19

Wow Pants can't believe your a nana! With all the talk of your dh training I thought you were katie price in disguise ( just jealous of you having such a fit dh!!)

I thought about buying pram after Christmas but dh is worried the baby will arrive before pram!

Fairy embrace your inner chav, hitch your skirt up shag ten randoms and get on jk!

Youngie has your dh recovered?

Lou never had sambuca but I'll try anything once.

NOTHEROLDIE · 30/09/2010 16:17

Harrassedingrannypants i had no idea either!
Firstly that you had grown up ones or you were a granny.

Big gaps are cool, I got a 16yr gap and 16mnth gap! And it will be over 20 yrs, I got that wrong I dont know my months very well!!

I always thought I'd be a granny and never have more kids but hey you never know what /who might change all that!

LOU good luck with the tests, hope you have some blood left at the end of them all!

I told DH he nearly choked! First tho he had a big unexpected bill which pissed him off gthen I told him and he was all happy again. We arent telling ANYONE close, as last time we got shocked faces, tuts and rolled eyes. And then I MMC so this time its sworn to secrecy. Wink

harassedinherpants · 30/09/2010 12:57

Lou I love being a nanny, she's a gorgeous girly! Ds1 & dil got caught after a drunken night out lol. Fingers x'd for your tests, and hope a cancellation comes through soon!

Lemon - how exciting!!! Get pram after Christmas in the sales. I did this with dd and got half price one Smile. Got just about all my money back when I ebay'ed it.

Oh no, I have tummy cramps now. RTD due Sunday. Oh well!! Didn't think I was. Might go and cheer myself up treating myself to a mooncup , although I do want one actually lol.

Loujalou · 30/09/2010 11:09

GrannyPants see what I did there. I didn't realise your offspring had reproduced already. That is exciting. My brother (he is much younger) is 22. It is nice having different ages in the family. I was 16 when one of my cousins was born and his sisters were 7 and 9. So age gaps are common here too. Just have some vodkas the baby doesn't have a connection to your blood until 6 weeks or something.

Anyway on another fred I saw that LovelyLia has reached 15 weeks so think we need to line up the sambucas to celebrate even you Lemonyone

Anyway the me me me part of the post!

Right first appointment with the FC nurse and it wasn't too bad. She weighed me and went through my tests. I have got to have day 2 - 4 bloods done and TH has been referred for a SA at Hammersmith. Apparently the first test was fine but second no so great so they do more in depth tests. Not sure what that means but I thought it was worth doing to see what they come up with.

We have an appointment with the consultant on 30th December but hopefully we will be able to get a cancellation once we have had the tests done.
