I'm feeling positive about this next cycle. Due rtd tomorrow.

If it's as long as the one I'm just finishing I'll be due sometime in early May so thought I'd do the honours and polish down the bus, stack it full of champagne and nibbles and start the engine!

Who's with me?

Sorry Loopy that is hugely confusing. Hope you can make some sense of it soon. It is a bank holiday weekend, woo hoo! Hope all you bus passengers have fun. No symptoms over here, same old same old. 9DPO now and will be very tempted to test over the long weekend, but I won't. I said before I was going to test at 13DOP, I am now going to revise that at say 14DPO. Being on the bus and a bit of a MN surfer of late has made me very aware of CP's and I would much rather not know, IYKWIM.

How you getting on Charlotte? Still on your long cycle? I had a random 35 day cycle a couple of months back - I figured I ovulated late coz of a bt of stress. Was the due date of my little boy I lost mid month so I was a bit emotional and think I might have delayed Ov coz of that. My uterus, it seems, is a sensitive old bird!

Loopy i bled with my last one and know lots that have,i would request a scan.

CharlottesClan · 27/08/2010 11:34

Loopymumsy do you have an EPU near you? id go for a scan, they will give you a follow up scan in a week to, that way you'll know what is going on. eso as poas is coming up till.
also request blood tests 4 days apart to determine if the hcg levels are climbing or falling.

Wink bit of a MC veteran here, this has happened to me before.
on the flip side i have a friend that bleeds in every pregnancy and has carried all to term :)

Hi StarflowerGirl, welcome to the bus. Sorry to hear about your MC, hope this month is better for you. This is an excellent place in which to while away the 2WW!

zinnia · 27/08/2010 09:12

Loopy! Go and get a posh test!

StarflowerGirl · 27/08/2010 08:26

Hi everyone,

Can I join please?

I'm on cycle day 22 (8 days into the two week wait!), trying to conceive our first after a having had a miscarriage in June.

I'm getting a fair few of the same symptoms I had last time - HUGE and sensitive nips, bleeding gums, very mild nausea, bloating and bad bad bad wind. But I've promised myself I won't test until the end of next week which would be past the point that I started spotting with the miscarriage.

My stats are StarflowerGirl TTC#1 Cycle 2 (post MC) UCL 26-28 CD22

Sorry to hear that some of you have had visits from AF this month. Sad

Fingers crossed for everyone who has had a BFP. Smile

8rubberduckies · 26/08/2010 22:03

Ah no kiwi I'm off to Shambala, a little bit further up than you, near Northampton. Very very excited, in spite of the mud! DS's first festival and it's a lovely little family-friendly one.

I hope to see some BFPs upon my return Monday Smile

kiwidreamer · 26/08/2010 21:55

8rubberduckies are you going to the Reading Festival any chance? If so we might pass each other on the street and not even know it!! Tho I'll be the one shying away from the great unwashed masses trying to go about my everyday business Wink

8rubberduckies · 26/08/2010 21:01

So sorry too loopy Sad, and sorry to hear about the imminent arrival of af for so many busgoers. loopy ds is being an angel again at the moment, so am back dreaming of filling the moses basket again without flashes of WTF AM I DOING-type-feelings!

Am getting severely effed off here, as still have not had a temeprature rise, so this is looking like it could be another mammoth cycle Sad. Am going away to a festival tomorrow sharing a bed with ds so will not get any swi-ing in this weekend. Have also got to stay relatively sober! Sad

ljg72 · 26/08/2010 15:24

So sorry Loopy Sad same thing happened to me this month...enjoy the gin, sending hugs x

Totallyfloaty35 · 26/08/2010 15:03

Hi all, sorry to hear AF got some of you Sad
No AF or preg symptoms at the mo for me but plenty of time for AF to turn up.DH always seems to be in a different country when i ovulate (i think he does it on purpose).Doubt im preggers this month as only managed the deed once and think it was wrong time. Its my birthday in a wk and would be so nice to get a BFP as a present.

CharlottesClan · 26/08/2010 13:52

enjoy the gin loopy. so sad to hear that :( but ive got some tonic here, so may well be pinching off you if i ever find out either way!

zinnia, i am climbing the walls. whats got to me is that im on weak medication for my eye ulcers because i might be, and they are not clearing up so i really need to be on steroid drops and strong creams.

that and i REALLY need to know

cant afford to buy any tests till next tuesday so im just going to hang tight here and hope af comes (or i start throwing up or something!!) in the meantime to stop me going completely barmy. Confused

zinnia · 26/08/2010 12:35

Glad to hear it Loopy, you enjoy that gin. I might even have a lime somewhere here for you, hang on...

fled :( for you, but don't give up till AF shows - you've still got a few days to go, no?

Loopy cautious hurrah! a TWP is still a P. Keep on with those cheapies and fx for you. Glad you had a good time away and made the most of it.

Over here my temps are up and down (the latter today) and pretty sure I'll be clambering aboard the June bus today, tomorrow or Sat. Don't really have any symptoms and not feeling it this month. Ah well, onward and upward...

lateatwork · 26/08/2010 09:19

tiny woo hoo loopy fingers crossed for you.

kiwi bummer..but not over yet...

kiwidreamer · 26/08/2010 09:15

Oh well the Fat Lady hasnt sung just yet but pretty sure this isnt my month, did a Poundland test this morning (11 DPO) and was neg and have got the bloating even tho Ive not eaten carbs since yesterday lunch time, AF due on Sunday, suspect will get an early appearance tomorrow and then start properly the day or two after.

Gah.

:(

Okay well two cycles down isnt too bad I guess, still got three cycles before we travel to NZ then we have to miss a cycle for being apart but then DH will be with us but then we are with his parents, I think their room is upstairs at the bach (house at the beach) and ours is downstairs... we can make that work LOL Good incentive to carry on weight watchering as wont have preggy belly to blame for podgeyness.
