Personalised Books - 5 Year Old

Manimal Tales are brilliant. We’ve ordered quite a bit with them and every single one has been lovely.

Wonderbly.com is the best personalised book company for children! They actually have a dinosaur book that you can personalise with the child's name so they can be Jack a Saurus ! We have so many of their books and they do not disappoint www.wonderbly.com/uk/personalized-products/personalised-dinosaur-book?gclid=Cj0KCQiA35urBhDCARIsAOU7QwlLTB5Eju39AGceSIXpmFo02bsMMltHYFapENSGtqabmriPmlGteLgaAuDDEALw_wcB

We also ordered a wonderbly book about a brother and sister. It's really really lovely. Very pleased with them.

Hi, old thread I know but I wondered if anyone might have a Wonderbly referral link/code they would be willing to share? If so please PM me - thank you!

You can also try out StoryGenius. They also allow you to bring your own story idea and customize character's looks using your child's pic.

Wonderbly is great! We have a bunch of those. Print quality is excellent.

We also has been ordering a bunch of custom children books from Leo Books recently now that the kid is older. They make completely custom ones for different themes, occasions, events -- we made ones for his sports competitions and few about dinosaurs and trucks he loves. Was really impressed by quality and ones of a kind.

Wonderbly is probably still the safest bet for name-only books. Their dinosaur one sounds like a good fit for the original question.

Full disclosure, my husband is building Tippytale, so I might be biased, but I liked it. We made books for passing little family stories and values to our kids, and it is different from the usual name-personalised ones. It uses a photo to make the child the illustrated hero, and you can control the story and add other characters like siblings, parents, grandparents or pets.

So I’d say Wonderbly for a classic name-personalised book, Tippytale if you want the child to actually be the main character.

At five I'd look at how much story there actually is, because some books just insert the name and nothing else changes. Disclosure: I built a service called Sagalino after making a book for my son and his grandad. You can see the pages before you order, each character gets their own look including skin tone, and it's printed as a hardcover. If you'd like to compare, please go ahead. Otherwise Wonderbly is a good choice, too, as others said here.

I got one from Twinkle storybooks for a gift for my god child (prefer to not use the big corporations Wonderbly, Amazon etc) and the likeness to my god child was amazing! Think there’s the option to not upload a pic too and choose a similar character https://www.twinklestorybooks.com
