Must read toddler books

Hi there, this has probably been done before but I want to build a nice collection of books for my toddler. What would you recommend?

Owl Babies
Goodnight Moon
Charlie and Lola series (the ones actually written by Lauren Child are better than the ones written to accompany the TV series)
