well ofsted came and I have been awarded

Oh, missed this as not long back for holiday. GREAT NEWS, CONGRATULATIONS . I think all inspectors must be different as I was also told I couldn't say anything and it had to be checked by manager (I didn't get o/s, just a good but with 6 bits o/s). Anyway, well done you, you can stop thinking about it for a few years now

I have been minding for 4 years, prev got good

They DO tell you on the day, but if it's erm um can't say then it has to be double checked

If it's good/satisfactory/inadequate then you can say straight away

Very pleased, can you tell
