Things I need to cover for my new nanny job?

I know the basic things I need to cover ( talk over with new MB), but useful to know what you nannies out there make sure is in place before start date.

Perhaps it would be easier if you told us the things you are already aware that you need to discuss... then we could just add things to the list.
