Form the HNW families. How much would you pay per day for a nanny!?
Currently getting £260 per day.

OP posts:
Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

Sorry, 20 years experience. The NNEB is non existent anymore. It's now called the DCE. That's how old I am!

The NNEB ended in 1994. 31 years ago.

I mean, nurses with 20 years experience are working 12 hour shifts for a lot less……….

Yes. I'm aware of that. I don't think OP will have a lot of response on MN.

Around £30 h/£5200 month/£60000 a year.

Few on MN can pay this for 9 hours a day childcare for one child.

Ask other nannies of rich people if you think you are underpaid.

Sorry are you 20 years old or you did your NNEB 20 years ago? I'm a bit confused. 🤣

I don't feel underpaid. I just wondered what the going rate was. I'm on £27. Thank you for your input, it's helpful.

I'm 20 years qualified NNEB and Montessori. It's one child. 9 hours per day.
I know it's good. Just wondering what other Nannie's get or how much families are willing to pay. Just curious.

£260 a day isn't bad money. £20 - £26 ph depending on a 10 or 12hr day. How many children do you care for? Live in or out? Lots of variables. I assume you agreed to the salary when you took the job? When are you due a pay review? How experienced/qualified are you?
