@Mumof5xo YES! Well done!! So glad you did the MR that’s amazing to hear and gives others hope x

Yes it definitely does I think from going from nothing to high just proves sometimes they are wrong I didn't send much more evidence in either just another statement from his nursery and why I disagreed to the first decision maker so I would say its gone alot smoother then I thought it would x

@Mumof5xo well done that’s fab news!
what did they originally award you? X

Originally nothing he was denied anything to begin with then went through the MR and it was over turned he was awarded HRC no mobility because he's only 3 so I didn't dispute that they back dated from the start of my claim aswell x

Jneill2021 · 27/10/2023 09:47

@sarahxdx maybe ring for update I did he said 2 more weeks for me and I should have a decision your a few days infront of me I think so you never no fingers crossed xx

Jneill2021 · 27/10/2023 09:37

@Luevzamum maybe give them a call just ask for an update that's all I done and he was so polite x

Jneill2021 · 27/10/2023 09:35

@Luevzamum I just called and got a really nice man he said between 25/26 weeks and said I should have a decision within the next 2 weeks as im on 24 weeks and told me feel free to call back in 2 weeks xx the woman the other day was so rude don't think she even looked anything up tbh

Luevzamum · 26/10/2023 22:37

@Jneill2021 yep absolutely agree, it’s ridiculous how long they are taking. The fact that u have been waiting since may means you sent them off even way before that date and all the time it takes filling them in prior, just makes me so mad as I feel like it would be simple just to sort out as they have already had previous evidence from our first claim so everything is on the system etc. Just don’t understand why it’s taking this long, 😤
