Morning all (first time I've opened the staff room, hope you don't mind!)

Anyone fancy joining me in a strong cuppa

LT - hijack, have your sorted out your SMP yet? I need to pay my NI, in a big lump sum owed from when I started last November - is that enough to get my weekly smp?

MaureenMLove · 19/02/2008 15:39

Here!

looneytune · 19/02/2008 15:39

crace - no probs

mo - what thread?

MaureenMLove · 19/02/2008 15:38

Not me guv! Don't have the necessary equipment anymore!

I've been busy being a CM today, but I have just started a thread, as I am about to scream the house down!

crace · 19/02/2008 15:35

Hey wasn't SB poorly with PMT just a few days ago? Super sleuth will have to go and find it.

Hi Mo, quiet from you today!

LT - yes please! If you could ask I would much appreciate it.

looneytune · 19/02/2008 15:32

Nick - sorry, no idea

crace - how disappointing but doesn't surprise me. With my SPD last time round the physio was s*it yet the oestopath did lots of work on me last week and worth the money imo. I'm off in about 20 mins so will ask when I'm there if they would be able to help someone like you.

SB - defo must me pg - you were trying right?!!

Mo - lol.....be careful or you might be next

Scrummy baby left a while ago and I'm just enjoying my cuppa whilst waiting for dh to get back. He best make it back before I have to leave as I was looking forward to not having to take ds with me!

nannynick · 19/02/2008 15:28

Can't work these train things out... oh well, will just hope for the best. Looks like I'm going to Bournemouth (end of the line) tomorrow - then probably straight back to Basingstoke, as it may be a bit too cold for the beach!

SB had better spill the beans soon... can't tease us like this.

MaureenMLove · 19/02/2008 15:25

Jeez, not another one in the staff room up the duff, surely? We'll be needing a cm in the cm staff room before long!

Who was it? Spilt the beans at the weekend?

crace · 19/02/2008 15:08

That's what I thought too Rose

So much for quality time I think we are knackered, dd parked in front of "bunnies" on tv and me on laptop by her side. It's all she wanted to do - I had every activity out, even painting and no go. Oh well, rest time is good too

ROSEgarden · 19/02/2008 15:00

you are PG???

southernbelle77 · 19/02/2008 14:36

I will later!! I have to go now before I spill the beans!!

Off for the rest of the afternoon, dd and I to spend some quality time together.

hennipenni · 19/02/2008 14:34

Plese SB, I'm lurking as toddler mindee is due to wake soon.

southernbelle77 · 19/02/2008 14:32

I can't!!!!! lol!

OP posts:
crace · 19/02/2008 14:27

Right, that's it, spill it

southernbelle77 · 19/02/2008 14:26

southernbelle77 · 19/02/2008 14:21

Oh my god, oh my god, oh my god!!

crace · 19/02/2008 14:20

hmmm no idea Nick! I wouldn't think so, it's usually with the operator you are using that you buy the ticket from.. I think - don't quote me.

crace · 19/02/2008 14:19

Your Dh! Hopefully he finds something asap, what line of work is he in?

Well, I am back. HOW disappointing! In and out. I have very bad posture (which I know and result in lots of tension headaches and neck pain) and likely the culprit of some of the problem. Also I do have carpal tunnel and need to get myself some splints for nighttime, but they are only £7.50 each so won't break the bank. In the meantime she's taped my neck muscles to see if that alleviates it (it hasn't yet ) and I take that off on Saturday.

I go back in two weeks for a status check. Although I whole heartedly agree with that I need to work on my posture I was rather hoping that something would have been done to loosen the neck muscles. Heyho, nevermind maybe in a couple of weeks.

nannynick · 19/02/2008 14:17

Help - anyone know anything about train tickets? 7 year old I have tomorrow wants to go on a 'Fast Train', but as it's short notice I can't buy on-line from CrossCountry (train operator). Anyone know if I can buy a ticket from a South West Trains ticket office, and use it on the other operators train?

looneytune · 19/02/2008 12:50

what are you lot on today!!!

crace - I've only had 1 appointment and I THINK it's helping, it's hard to explain as the pain has moved round but I do think it's better than it was and look forward to seeing what the lady thinks a week on iyswim. Anyway, hoping you get improvement, I sympathise!

Well I'm having a lovely day. Dh says I'm in my element when I have the really little ones. This baby is scrummy and has been asleep since 11.15am and I've been staring at as she sleeps, such a cuty. I can do this on a Tuesday as it's only her (well, ds as it's half term but he's been busy making things with boxes, string etc and keeps saying he doesn't need me).

Dh is out now, signing on with more job agencies after walking out on the temp job yesterday . At least he'll be back before the oestopath and I get to go on my own and leave ds with him

Right, time to start thinking about next feed for baby I think. Catchya later

MamaQuim · 19/02/2008 10:27

ROSEgarden · 19/02/2008 09:56
