And from the evidence I see there I can’t see why they would ever of denied her anyway!! She’s getting what she deserves xxx

@MissEllie2 she’s just turned 2 in November, so was 18 months when we applied. We wrote her neonatologist number on form, had nursery senco fill out the who knows your child section, a letter from hv stating she supported our claim, her mri results from neurosurgeon and know we shouldn’t but appointment letters from audiologist and eye hospital, and wrote statement that she’s also been referred to sensory processing team, and ENT x

Support plan from nursery too lol 🙈

@Shellbel10 if you haven’t heard by Monday please ring them, they’d set mine aside to come back to and me ringing let them know I was chasing them I just said I hadn’t heard anything since 8 weeks x

MissEllie2 · 19/11/2022 10:24

@Shellbel10 ive just had a text saying my daughter qualifies! 16th august scan and with dm since 15th don’t know what she’s getting but honestly so relieved to get something x

Meli3 · 19/11/2022 09:37

@Shellbel10 the lady on the phone yesterday said mine is where it should be I'm not sure what that means? 🤔 My date is 23rd August x

Shellbel10 · 19/11/2022 09:27

People have said they’re working overtime this weekend. I’ve seen people previously get texts at the weekend so fingers crossed

Meli3 · 19/11/2022 09:23

@Shellbel10 me too fingers crossed 🤞 does anyone know if they are on overtime this weekend? Would we still get a text message x

Shellbel10 · 19/11/2022 09:10

Hoping some people hear some good news over the weekend

MissEllie2 · 19/11/2022 07:34

Surely that is for COC x

dandymum · 19/11/2022 06:32

@parsniiips is that for renewal?

My scan date was late July, can't remember the date off the top of my head.

When I phoned last week I was told they were working on late June scan dates and was told I'd be lucky to receive a decision by December. But likely to be January Hmm

It's getting on for 20
Weeks now.

Zacksmom91 · 18/11/2022 18:53

Scan date was 6th letter arrived on the 14th but date stated on the letter was the 10th which was a Saturday … presuming postal strikes during that time also xx

Meli3 · 18/11/2022 18:43

You have to say that you want it back dated otherwise they won't do it good luck 🤞 xx

Meli3 · 18/11/2022 18:26

@Amymoody please put on journal you would like both care element and disability back payed to that date, the reason you couldn't let them know it's because you was waiting so long for a decision they should sort it for you x

Amymoody · 18/11/2022 18:24

Just wondering if someone can help. My daughter Was awaeded hrc and I updated with universal credit. My statement has already been produced and I've just revieved a letter on my journal saying they are sending me a payment of 418 from the assement period I will be getting paid next week for. However no mention of back pay. The dla claim has a start date of 27th July so surely uc should backpay from then?

Lostatsea10 · 18/11/2022 18:09

Thank you @MissEllie2. Hope you hear of a positive outcome soon.

Boymumxx · 18/11/2022 17:30

@Gemma96x mine was sent to decision maker on Wednesday but the letter doesn’t make sense. Why does everything have to be so difficult 😂xx

MissEllie2 · 18/11/2022 17:27

@Lostatsea10 for me it was maybe 2 weeks after, then about 7-8 weeks since sent they sent another letter apologising for the delay ect. Then nothing after that and I’m around week 13 x
