who breached their NCMA contract, didn't pay me, and threatened me and my family to terminate my contract without any notice.

I have suffered from them for more than 13 days I fear they may harm me, my family or other children I care for, or submit untrue complaints against me to damage my career and deter me from pursuing my legitimate and legal rights.

Flowerybeanbag - wouldn't it be different though as she's self employed?

flowerybeanbag · 18/01/2008 13:56

Sorry that was very brief, but I'm in a hurry. Do see the CAB and see if you can speak to someone about bullying & constructive dismissal.

Pop over to Employment for a bit more help if you would like.

flowerybeanbag · 18/01/2008 13:55

Go and see the CAB, have a read here about bullying at work, read whole page there's a bit about very difficult situations.

Have a read here about constructive dismissal.

idid call all of them
the answer from ofsted is
Unfortunately Ofsted would not get involved with contractual issues; this is out of our legal remit.
For further advice it would be best for you to contact you local citizen's advice bureau. Or even a solicitor.
If you feel that you may come into danger I would contact your local police department.

ncma: no answer
cis: we report that on our record don,t worry

Oh Nonna, please do as the rest say and phone NCMA.

What a horrible thing to happen.

crace · 18/01/2008 13:39

Call Ofsted straight away and tell them they may receive complaints against you - and tell them what is happening. They will log it for you, and it will help you with any future issues.

Then call the police and log it with them.

Then phone the NCMA legal helpline for advice.

I feel for you - do whatever it takes to stay safe.

OverworkedAndUnderpaid · 18/01/2008 13:35
