who breached their NCMA contract, didn't pay me, and threatened me and my family to terminate my contract without any notice.

I have suffered from them for more than 13 days I fear they may harm me, my family or other children I care for, or submit untrue complaints against me to damage my career and deter me from pursuing my legitimate and legal rights.

Nonna, you need to chalk this one up to experience. If he comes near you again, then call the police. Ofstead and NCMA will not help now, as you have terminated the contract.

Just remember, for future contracts, make sure that everyone is clear on what the terms and conditions are.

I'm so sorry you have/are going through this. Stay strong and good luck.

Please try to appreciate too, that anyone who is on this thread, HAS read all the facts, before commenting.

Nonna, this is no longer a childminding matter if both of you have agreed and signed a termination of contract. Contact the police and let them deal with it.

nonna · 19/01/2008 21:12

yes i have, i must be missing something as im trying to work out if he is still threatening you even though you have agreed to cancel all dealing/fees with him?

Surely if he has no business contacting you now then the police should step in?, he ahs no dealings with you so he has no need to contact you?

nonna · 19/01/2008 21:03

have u read the thread (termination of childminding contract? ) if u did u will know what type of people they are

ROSEgarden · 19/01/2008 20:57

so, hes signed, you agreed not to charge him and hes STILL coming to your house and threatening you????

nonna · 19/01/2008 20:23

i fear he may harm me, my family or other children I care for, or submit untrue complaints against me to damage my career

OP posts:
nonna · 19/01/2008 20:20

I was afraid he may try to hurt me or them as I didn?t know exactly what he was threatening of doing.
? As a last resort, as I feared for the safety of my family, I offered him not to make him pay and to give him his daughter?s items provided that he sign the ?Termination of Childminding Contract? document

OP posts:
nonna · 19/01/2008 20:18

he signed cancellation of contract and i didn,t get any money from him

OP posts:
ROSEgarden · 19/01/2008 19:53

has he NOW signed this cancellation of contract? and accepted you have withdrawn any owed money?

bossybritches · 19/01/2008 08:24

SO why is he contacting you? (other than to be a bully obviously!)

I would keep your door FIRMLY shut & keep ringing the ppolice unitl he goes away.

If he persists get an injunction to keep him away from the house as it must be upseting your other mindees as well as you & the family?

Horrible situation for you.

nonna · 19/01/2008 08:24

This document confirms ;
This termination of contract is due to mere personal circumstances on my part, and it is made after my own request, with the approval of my childminder.

I and my childminder agree that there are no pending matters, disputes or concerns after the termination of the childminding contract.

I confirm that I have received from my childminder all items that belong to my daughter; including all clothing items and outfits, unused wipes, nappies and medicines
