Morning. I'm back with a new name! Can you guess? Have kept a low profile following a certain thread of mine a couple of weeks back .

Anyhoo mindee's mum turned up drunk again yesterday... and an hour late . I have to face her at 8 this morning and I'm not looking forward to it. Any tips? It's only the second time but it's stressing me out and I just feel sorry for the boy - not even sure if he got any tea last night!

Have got first meeting today with new afterschool request! Have used your handbook idea shosha, many many thanks! Just need to print off some copies of the policies I've done and put it together in a folder! It's a dad thats coming without potential mindee. is this normal? I'd like to meet mindee before agreeing to tkae him on! IS it ok to say minimum of three hours for afterschool care?

And got another enquiry coming on monday lunchtime!

it's all go here! does anyone know anyone who can build me a website and get it up there on google! how much does that all cost? complete novice here!

Cold here as well - really didn't want to get out of bed. Forecast says it will get warmer during the day, by a few degrees, but still very cold for the morning school run.
