:-) :-) :-) TUESDAY STAFF ROOM (-: (-: (-:

Something vexes thee! No, let me guess. Money not arrived? Child not arrived? Or just generally parents taking the piss?

ARRRGGGHHHH

Oh Mo nice warm glow for you !

Right got to go get lunch

Ah yes! Nelly. It was all that talk of the nit nurse that confused me!

Well done Ju, good job. I've just had a call from one of my mums thanking me for teaching her 8 yr old how to make snowflakes. He did them at school yesterday and he was the only one who knew how to do it! He was most excited to tell his teacher and his mum too!

Morning all !

Had a totally fab day yesterday - Inset day at school so took my two boys plus the two mindees to local craft centre spent the morning painting ceramic Xmas decs then run around the garden nursery (was raining so they can run in the dry under the poly tunnels, no-other people there to knock over) then into the caff for hot chocs all round.

Then both mindees plus DS2 fell asleep, just me and DS1 awake in the afternoon tee hee

Xmas prezzies for parents - check
fresh air and exercise - check
fine motor skills - check

Today just 1 mindee this morning then the other 2 after lunch. Currently mindee is sticking cotton wool on snowman.

I am liking the bubble-wrap printing idea !

MN rocks

All aboard the Skylark!

Noah and Nelly if I recall

List of jobs going swimmingingly in the Kbear's den (N O T)

Just nipped out to the shops and its absolutely p*ssing down out there! I may have to launch the boat at this rate and call myself Nora! I take it you remember Noah & Nora on children TV some years ago!

Morning

I'm off on a jolly with my mum - shopping!!!!

Good morning, we have been making .......... a mess we have just been free sticking, which was fun.

Fruitloop, try looking here www.dltk-kids.com/ for lots of idea.

MamaG hummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm work You, dont make me laff.

Morning,

Els mum - you're so creative! Where do you get your ideas/resources from?

I always feel guilty for not doing stuff like that with my mindees and DS but we do go to groups/soft play nearly every morning where they do all that - saves the mess and space in my poky little flat!

Quite tempted to do something christmassy though if anyone has any ideas

I'd love some homemade cookies! Any chance all the calories and fat can be taken out??? . I'm off soon to take DS to nursery then taking mindees to meet CM friend's new bunny rabbit (ahh)

Cheeky mare! We're clearly all too busy to even open the Staff room this morning!

I've done my bit for now, no more children til after school! So I guess I will have a nice day playing and having fun, but whom with I wonder....

morning all. we've just made snowman xmas cards! before mindee gets here too! mmm feel we'll be doing more later (mindee 14mths). used bubble wrap cut into snowman shapes and painted white then printed onto black card. very effective if i do say so myself! anyone got any other ideas for funky cards we can make? need to source some air hardening clay to do some others i've thought of but where can i buy it cheap?

mine's a hot choc this morn please! i have the marshmallows awaiting! theres lots to go round!
