Have been off today, learnt yesterday that the toddler I was minding is finishing soon as his Mum is going on early mat leave. Don't want to lose him really, had lots planned for him.

Am going to apply for p/t creche work so i can still do c/minding as I still have my 5 yr old lad to think about.

Signing off at 6pm.

mumlove · 02/11/2007 17:42

Mindees gone home, now have to hoover while tea cooks and tidy away the last of the toys, strip the bed and cot mindees have slept in, wash them and then I might have a little bit of time to spend with my DD.

Have a wonderful weekend everyone.

SpooKAYsamuels · 02/11/2007 17:28

Oh yaay I am so pleased for you LT!!!!

Haven't been on much this week new mindees been keeping me busy (in a disinfected, inclusive, observed, educational childcare setting).

Have a nice weekend everyone!

MaureenMLove · 02/11/2007 16:15

Sorry, but AAARRRGGG! again!

Mindee just been picked up by Grandad and the man did not utter a word to me or even acknowledge that I was standing at the door! He is such an arrogant really rude word begining with C! Its a good job I only have the pleasure of him every other Friday. He was even muttering under his breathe about the fact that mindee had his bike to take home and cursing his mother! Poor old mindee, he was having a go at him about something too, as they got in the car.

MaureenMLove · 02/11/2007 14:54

AAAARRRRGGG!!!!! Is it unreasonable to send out a letter asking parents if they must buy their lo's Kickers, NOT to let them wear them to my house!!!! I've got 3 under fives in damn Kickers and we were going to stop off at the park on the way to school, but we haven't got time now, because I've been re-lacing and forcing feet into bloody Kickers!!!

Rant over, as you were.

looneytune · 02/11/2007 14:16

looneytune · 02/11/2007 10:56

MI - bless, I was in tears with relief as was so convinced!! I'd planned stuff like having the operation, taking time off, everything!!! Can't believe my little bean measures 9mm and has a little heartbeat!! As for bleeding, I asked and he just said most of the time they don't get to the bottom of these things and to come back straight away if any more pain or bleeding.

Katymac · 02/11/2007 10:53

Wow - very pleased for you

looneytune · 02/11/2007 10:53
