Ok, I am almost certainly being dense but I honestly have looked - did there used to be a vacancies thread on here? Right about here?

One where CMs and nannies etc could list their vacancies?

I can't find it now. Sorry.

There used to be a vacancies thread but it was removed when the local boards were introduced. Regular/long term posters can sometimes get away with querying, but it's down to the discretion of MNHQ really and how many people have been on spamming recently I reckon. It's to stop people coming on to the forum purely to post about vacancies and jobs wanted/needed and to prevent this topic being clogged up.

Your local topic might be active, my local area is okay and I get queries for work through it every now and then, but I've had more success on this board.

It's on mumsnet local board. It doesn't get much traffic though so not necessarily best place to advertise!
You won't be allowed to advertise on this board though- your post will be removed :(
