Im a cm and have been for 9yrs so out of the loop now on how to start off and cost

My 2 friends are intreasted in brcoming cm how much will it cost for courses and what is the time frame?

It was free for me but will vary from area to area, the best people to ask would be the local authority local to thems early years team or FIS.
