it's simply breathtaking. Sort of wild, windswept beach with an unexpected and strangely attractive piece of driftwood lying mysteriously on the wide stretch of virgin sand.

Yes, sci-fi was my concern. I'd prefer not to nickname if poss so would probably stay away rather than alter.
