Final decision: vote Owen or Rory!!

OK - after much to-ing and fro-ing (now v close to EDD!) we have narrowed our choice to either Owen or Rory - both with middle name Edward. Our DS1 is Ellis Robert - so wanted a similar 'feel' to that.

Any thoughts/preferences between the 2??

Any hidden pitfalls I've missed??

Late to this but our three week old son is Rory....took a while to name him, but everyone has raved about how lovely his name is. And only one person has sent a card to 'Roary'

Like both but Rory sounds better with your other son and middle name. Owen Edward both start with vowel, not the best.

Names are a bit irrational, mind;

why is Willow ok, but not Oak?
Why are May and April and even Augusta good, but not January?

If it's Owen it might sound like Owe Nedward. You might not mind, but it's something to think about.
