Of the 3 you have got, I like Jesse the most (even though my dd2's middle name is Jessie!).

But not in Scotland, please!

Don't like the others. Kelly has too many girl associations and Remy is too ...... I don't know, just too much?

MathsMadMummy · 26/03/2010 13:09

Remy - goes beautifully with the middle name too. TBH Kelly and Jesse are too girly, IMHO of course.

shareastory · 26/03/2010 13:03

jesse...fatastic name

Skegness · 25/03/2010 20:39

Definitely not Kelly. Like the other two.

CinderellaRach · 25/03/2010 20:34

Thanks for the helpful feedback
Think I'll go for Remy Alexander.

Remy

dizzydixies · 19/03/2010 11:31

Jesse - unless you live in scotland where a big Jesse is a bug crybaby

Woofie · 19/03/2010 10:36

Another vote for Jesse - lovely

CinderellaRach · 19/03/2010 09:18

Thanks matanxiety!I am 99% sure about Remy!Although my mother said it sounds like a funny sound rather than an actual name he he

Jesse, unless you're considering a move to australia or scotland. I love it.

Remy - I only know a woman called this

Kelly - I just think of Brooke or that tedious man from sterophonics.

Fourleaf · 18/03/2010 16:10

Definitely Jesse. Kelly reminds me of a blonde (female) American cheerleader, sorry. Remy a little bit pretentious if you're not French, IMHO.
Jesse is lovely, biblical and goes wonderfully with Ellis (which I really like too). I don't think people would assume Jesse would be a girl at all - it's more popular now and the 'big Jessie' connotations only important if you spend a lot of time in Oz I would have thought. Good luck

Remy as I think that the others both sound a bit too much like your ds's name/names.

DastardlyandSmugly · 18/03/2010 15:05

Remy - love it. It's on my list.

worriersis · 18/03/2010 13:59

Jesse!

CinderellaRach · 18/03/2010 13:58

Thanks LibbyLobster!
It would be pronounced 'Remmy'....

Dh loves Jesse and I like it too so I think I have to decide now between Remy or Jesse.....

have a friend in Oz who has a Remy and now also a Raffi ! Remy is nice, love jesse too !

yama · 17/03/2010 18:22

Jesse.

SqueezyB · 17/03/2010 18:16

I would go for Alexander as 1st name

Ondine · 17/03/2010 18:15

I think to me Remy sounds a bit silly, like Remy from Ratatouille. It also sounds a bit like a coffee shop or bistro. I don't think it fits a non French child very well.

Just my opinion of course but a no from me.

CinderellaRach · 17/03/2010 16:03

He he...LelliKelli shoes!Yes I know what you mean.Almost like a comedy act
Well I actually only really love Remy...just trying to get dh's head round it!!
