Can you help me think of boys names that fit this criteria?

Cannot be shortened to form a nickname
Not too modern
Not too old fashioned
Not common (chavy or overused)
Not posh
Has to be longer than 3 letters as surname is very short

Bea r in mind that where there's a will there's a way when it comes to giving nicknames or shortening names.

Why don't you want the name to be shortened? Just realised that was one of your criteria and that all of the names I suggested can indeed be shortened. Quite hard to find one where a nick name is not an option I should think.

I need to add another point:

Needs to be more than one syallable because of short one syallabled surname.

I think you will find most names which don't even have the remotest chances of being shortened do.

My ds is Adam but gets Ads, Ad or Adsy.

My cousin is Laura and gets Loz.

As examples.
