My Italian friend has a Cinzia (pronounced Chintziah)and a Giulia. Quite a few Italian children at dds school-Silvia, Giorgia, Daniela, Francesca, Isabella. I like Isabella best because I have one (!) but love Silvia too.

Love Chiara and would pronounce it ky-ra. I have seen it spent Ciara which is I prefer. Love Gabriella and Francesca too (unless it would be shortened to Fran).
